Guten Tag,

Today, I was on a routine patrol through the Neu Berlin system. Not that long into my patrol, I received a comm from a police colleague Sicherheitsbeamter, telling me that a junker salvage frigate was heading to the Frankfurt jump gate, and that he was carrying Military Salvage. Naturally, I pursued, and we managed to surround him at the Frankfurt gate. I ordered the vessel to unload the cargo at a nearest police base and to pay the fines. As he was about to comply, his colleague showed up, flying the same ship as his friend. Next thing I knew, I was all alone fighting a frigate, while the other one escaped. My backup was nowhere to be seen in the fight. After severely damaging his hull, he managed to do one better, and I had no choice but to board the escape pod, which was later picked up by a trader passing by.

While on a patrol, I've encountered an interspace vessel in Munich. Nothing interesting though, as his cargo hold was empty. Shortly after, 2 Daumann trains arrived carrying Aluminium heading to New London. I escorted them through the Rheinland space, safely bringing them to Omega-7, where they continued on their own.

Today I started my first patrol and I managed to catch one of the propagandists. The dialog is attached. After talking with him, propaganda was confiscated. Since he was not a threat, I let him go.
Then on my patrol came two pirates who didn’t really want to talk and attacked me. Both pirates were killed. Details are attached.

Two days ago, in a routine patrol, I came across a transport who was transporting black market munitions. The pilot was fined according to the Artikel 2, under the rule §2.1.4. He complied to all the laws without objecting, and the cargo was unloaded at Brandenburg Station in New Berlin.

Guten Tag Oberkommando,

Zis is my patrol report nr. 8271026.

After a weekend full of paperwork I was finally ready to start my first official patrol in years.
Ze first part was a round wizin ze New-Berlin system and patrolling to all jump gates, ze Kreuzberg depot and Battleship Kolleda.

After ze first stop at ze Frankfurt gate I was moving to Wildau, some traders where greeting me at New-Berlins orbit when I spotted a base in ze suns direction.
Regarding my task to familiarize myself wiz ze newly constructed bases wizin ze empire, I decided to inspect zis Kruger base.
I don't know what annoys me more, to find a Rheinland corporation base in front of our capital planet which isn't registered in ze modular base registry or ze fact zat I'm ze first one who questions zis...

However, I continued my patrol to Wildau, ze Dresden gate, Bonn and ze Stuttgart gate.
On ze way to Kreuzberg I was able to see ze Handelsdepot, which was relocated and is now a Junker base located in Sector 4C.
I insisted on doing a routine inspection just for ze case.
On ze way to Essen, I noticed somezing red on my scanners. It was just a recon pair of hessians coming from ze Ruhrfeld, but removing zem before zey cause any trouble seems necessary.

I was finally moving to ze Hamburg gate and finished zis round at Kolleda.

At least I thought I finished. Zey had a minor incident wizin ze Aachenfeld.
Of course I was a good Polizist and offered my help. Some minutes later I was facing ze mission target and finally destroyed it.

After I finished zis little round, I returned to common duty tasks, traffic patrol near Essen.
It didn't take long when a trader in ze TLAGSNET (moving in my direction) showed up.
I stopped ze trader at ze Essen-Hamburg lane. He was carrying Helium.
And asked him, where he was heading to. He said Munich, and later Fort Augsburg but he was almost sure it's a Rheinwehr station.
I granted him access to proceed and continued to Bonn.

On ze way to Bonn, I remembered, what Herr Beckendorf from ze kaiserlichen Büro für Öffentlichkeitsarbeit once said.

In my case of doubt I followed ze trader to ze munich system and stopped him when Fort Augsburg was showing as Federalist base on my scanners.
Wiz almost no resistance, ze freelancer returned to Planet New-Berlin and rerouted ze Helium to Omega-3.
I escorted ze trader to ze border gate.

When we were moving through Stuttgart a strange visual reading was flashing through my neural net. Anozer freelancer, who was greeting us, was ze cause of zis, but my priority was ze escort of ze trader. So we moved to ze Omega7/Omega3-gate.

I returned to ze Stuttgart system, ze Freelancer wiz ze callsign Jean.Bart, a Corvo-explorer was found at ze lane between Planet Baden-Baden and Planet Stuttgart. He was in possesion of a cloaking device. After some ignorance of ze Rheinland laws, I escorted him to ze Zurich gate.

Patrol summary:
  • inspected two modular bases wizin New-Berlin
  • stopped Helium transport Isidorak.Vik from supplying ze federalists
  • escorted Isidorak.Vik from Munich to Omega-7
  • removed Corvo Jean.Bart from Rheinland space (unfined) for possession of illegal cloaking device according to Article 2 §2.2.4.

Zis is my patrol report nr. 8280410.

ze whole patrol was relatively quiet.
So quiet I participated in some lower cleanup tasks during ze patrol time.

I met ze Rheinwehr Vizeadmiral Houton in Frankfurt and informed him, zat my TLAGSNET was showing a pirate freighter powerplant for ze ship DSE)Standard.Shipping, which was at zis moment moving wizin Hamburg.
Ze Vizeadmiral explained, zat zis was caused by ze engine types of ze ships and not lower by ze power core itself.

After we had done some traffic monitoring, I asked if ze Rheinwehr does know somezing about Wismar (mentioned in patrol 8271026).
Meanwhile ze IDF-IFFed ship Clamency docked at ze Ring.
While I was busy wiz communicating to ze Vizeadmiral, it seems ze ship undocked. It was moving to Munich and TLAGSNET scan showed Black market munition.
I was following the ship to munich, but lost ze track.
I informed ze Vizeadmiral about it and he said, zat he was aware of him.

Personal Note: I sometimes miss ze criminal database.

In Munich I saw an MND base, which was probably constructed by ze Rheinland Kameraden during ze civil war.
Ze Ansbach station is also not listed in ze base registry. I docked and learned somezing about ze purpose of ze base.

I relocated to Essen due increased presence of hessian patrols in zat area.
Later ze Rheinwehr Kreuzer Emden was escorting ze Orbital Spa&Cruise Liner Breezewood to Planet New-Berlin.
I followed zem to ze Orbit and got some minutes of chat wiz ze Kreuzers captain, but zen I had to return to Essen, because TLAGSNET showed two Deep space engineering ships hauling restricted cargo (some light arms).

I was able to stop zem at Brandenburg and zey paid a fine for zeir violation of ze Rheinland wars. They tried also to change their destination to munich.
After telling zem (twice) zat zey aren't allowed to trade light arms wizin Rheinland, zey dropped ze cargo and continued to Stuttgart.
I wasn't able to forward ze fine to ze corresponding account. I'll include ze attempt in ze attachment.

In recent days, I have received the access codes to be able to communicate with all of you, as head of the Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinland I will take over the control of the New Berlin system, where you can find various assets patrolling our star space, but not before I will be giving signals of authority in other systems and supporting all those ships that send us a distress signal.

In recent days, I have had 1 case that I would like to expose.

The first case happened during the 12th of October, intercepting a freighter with the name "Glorious_Artoria", which was carrying 5000T of Military Salvage, since it belonged to the company Cryer Pharmaceuticals, the order was to pay a fine of 10'000,000 sc, ordering it to unload its cargo on the planet New-Berlin.
He proceeded with the protocol at the New Berlin military facility, and has been allowed to continue his route.

After some time after the ship has been withdrawn, we received an alert message in the Frankfurt system, about criminal activity in the area, offering in this case escort assistance to the unit "G_A" who mentioned above, to deploy safely in the direction of the Munich system.
This ended the patrol and kept the New Berlin and Frankfurt area under patrol, hunting down some pirate patrols along the way.
With nothing further to mention, in this report, and regretting the time spent to date, I apologise for the delay in submitting this report.

I'm currently focused more on ze west side of Rheinland, but a few days ago, I received a report from one of our patrol forces of Frankfurt, namely ze Polizei Korvette Jena. For zose, who don't remember zis gunboat, let me remind you: Ze Jena was initialy commissioned during ze civil war to serve as anti fighter and bomber support, ze load out of zis ship reflects zis. Nowadays it's part of ze Fulda patrol in Frankfurt (wiz extention to Lüneburg).

On friday ze Jena has done ze routine patrol around ze Mecklenburg Prison wizin ze Lüneburg system. In ze perimeter around Freeport 8 ze crew spotted a gas miner gunboat, ze Yaima.Maru, which claimed ze entire system for ze gas miners, ignoring ze fact zat zere is a standing treaty wiz Kusari regards zis system.
As I reminded you, ze ship's purpose is anti-fighter - so it was not supposed to face hostile gunboats, but arised from zis situation, ze crew had no option.
During ze fight, ze local Kruger forces offered a hand which ze crew willingly accepted. Unfortunately ze reinforcement arrived not in time and ze heavily damaged Jena had to retreat to Rheinland space.

Ze Jena is currently repairing at ze Oder shipyard. Ze Daumann engineers hope zey can restore ze taken guncam shots, but according to ze first insights zey are lost. Needless to say zat zey could be handy if ze Oberkommando decides to contact ze administration of Freeport 8 regarding ze violation of zeir no fire zone. I attach ze already saved blackbox data to zis message.

ze situation on Alster intensifies. A few weeks ago ze Rheinland Polizei had done, along wiz ze Rheinwehr, a transport of criminal Alster personal from Hamburg to Mecklenburg in Lüneburg. Alzough ze transport was successful, it drew attention of ze Unioner movement. Some of us believe, it was a mistake to use a big convoy for transfering zese criminals. We decided to go zis time a more discrete way.

Ze kaiserliches Versorgungsschiff Wittelsbach were armed wiz some of ze best trained prison guards Mecklenburg has to offer and has taken more criminals zan last time to Mecklenburg. But as always somezing happened on ze way to Lüneburg. Zis time ze Wittelsbach encounters two smuggler near Essen. Ze DSE - John.Concordia and ze Universal - Evergiven were transporting (low grade) artifacts. Ze energetic commander of ze Wittelsbach considered ze artifacts, alzough ze two Libertonians said zey were fake, as contraband. As you know rheinland law is very strict when it comes to artifact smuggling. After some discussion zey paid zeir fine, however zey refused to drop ze illegal cargo. After a short moment of inattention ze Libertonians docked at ze lane and fled into ze border direction. After chasing zem zrough half of ze system, ze Wittelsbach`s crew decided to cancel ze pursuit. Ze Libertonians are to be considered as fled.

Wizout furzer distractions, ze Wittelsbach successfully reached Mecklenburg and more criminals of Alster will rot in prison.
