It all depends on the angle you look at it with. Swing the camera round so it's in front of the bridge, then keep moving down. Eventually the nose will obstruct the strip of lights making the evil eyes. I was just swinging the camera around at random, when I noticed that, I kinda froze and thought 'good god! I'm flying an evil clown!'
