RE: A dev's log. - AeternusDoleo - 04-12-2013 Update: Continuing on the system infocards. Now plowing through the various Independent Worlds cards. Several systems needed extensive sanitizing - Various Rogue bases, Coronado and Vespucci came to mind. But all in all, there's good progress. I'm about 60% through those systems. Meanwhile I believe the infocarding team is working on the various base rumors. After that, only balancing the new toys is left on the todo list, which is what Blodo is handling. We could def use some new ones for the non-vanilla systems and Im sure many people will want to fire up Photoshop and get creative on those. Technically, is it hard to implement new nebula textures? If someone wants to give it a try, go ahead, but I've got no further info on it. Update: - Done with the base and system infocards. I've got it set at having a bit more hull then the PT since it's a bit bigger. Also more B/B's and more cargo space then the PT. The model was designed by Jinx - slightly tweaked by yours truly to make it work. It'll be sold from Tripoli. RE: A dev's log. - Jinx - 04-21-2013 this is a placeholder only - NOT a final model. - it was submitted so that the corsairs get a transport at all - but it is a rather poor job - do keep that in mind. gonne do something with a more detailed and formulated shape at a later time - for now - it must suffice though. RE: A dev's log. - Jinx - 04-24-2013 have they asked for one? anyway - they do not get one that time - i guess, cause there was no awareness they required / wanted one. in terms of design - the normal BW transport fits the BW line perfectly .... while no medium transport fit the corsair design. the fact that the outcasts wanted their own new snubline is a shame in terms of continuity of design - but that was their decision. |
