Okay, now I really have to know: How exactly does the tournament work? Does everybody fight everybody else in their category, or do they just drop out if they lose?
Because that could lead to situations where someone loses in the first round against someone who goes on to win the category, when they could have in fact beaten everyone else.

Winner of a fight fights the winner of the other fight, tree-like structure as described in the main post.
Example:
A vs B = A wins
C vs D = C wins
C vs A = A wins.
Savvy?
Also, to let everyone be 100% sure of the time: when this clock reaches 7PM, the tournament starts. So calculate your time zone accordingly.

If we don't have enough Angels to referee more than one category at a time, we start on LF category and move up to BS.

Hmm, that's kinda disappointing.
In my specific situation, I can basically forfeit already since experience proves I can't beat Jayce's Annapurna, which I was matched up with, even if I could theoretically beat all the other transports.
