Very easy,

We look at the following:

1. LEadership
2. Maturity
3. Responsible
4. Self Reliant
5. Respect for Others
6. Good sense of Judgement

We Identify players with those qualities, and then we kick those sissies out.. We then appoint the meanest, most self rightious, arrogant, violant and irrisponsible basterds in the faction.

This formula is tried and tested..and has worked for many a millenia.

There are many things that go into picking our leaders. Much like other factions, I am sure, there is no preset formula to picking our leaders. What we look for is activity, knowledge of Sair rp, someone who is an example to the rest of the faction, and finally someone who is interested in the responsibility.

Is there some reason you are asking? If I know why you are asking I may be able to better answer your question.

My first impression was (back to '09) like "OMG those guys are cooler then Keepers, I think I'll never join them and they're invite only too"
