Good day,
In advance of approval I have asked the engineers to draw up a floor and spacing plan for the new Med Force Academy. With the interior already set for 'smart conversion' (as in: moveable bulkheads and easily adjustable room spaces) it all comes down to dividing the space.
Right now the engineers came up with the following space allocation and I believe it is a very good way of space management. Not shown in the blueprints are the station expansion which is currently underway and should be completed before the end of next week.
Please have a look at the plans and help me adjust them where needed before we give the construction crews the 'OK' to start moving bulkheads and setting up the interiors.
Should I get an approval to continue I will also get the communication section to draft a message as to announce the start of the Med Force Academy as well as have them change the necessary signs both on station as well as our stationary and NeuralNet presence.

Jill, forgive my late reply as I have been treating a young patient who may well be joining us. I like this blue print so I think we should go with it. It will be nice to be able to have a place to train new staff and keep senior staff current. What I would like to do is get house recognition so that we would be certified to all houses and possibly, be the medical training center of choice.

Yes, I think this will be perfect as Med Force General-B will be the main hospital for the area.
I have also made a roster change and updated the base list to reflect Med Force Academy. Let me know if there are any other changes needed.

It is a rarity when a very old friend resurfaces, a friend I thought was deceased but he has returned. I guess his Sabbatical was pretty long and extreme. Shamus.0'Shawnessy and I go way back to our Discordian days with TAZ so when he came looking, we had much to talk and drink about. In the end, he decided to join us so I have rostered him. He brings 3 ships and a lot of experience. Welcome aboard, old friend.
Also joining us is a former patient. I found Sonja Wilke at Barrier Gate Station on a stop barely alive and badly beaten. I took her to Med Force General and Research to recover. Several months later, she has done that and decided to study psychiatry and psychology to help those who have suffered traumatic events. To help her in her studies, I have assigned to to Med Force Academy. We will make future decisions on her once her studies are complete.
So welcome them aboard. We are definitely expanding.

Folks, the sale of Med Force General-B has begun. It can be monitored here. Only one bidder thus far but we shall see.
This is a result of the merge with Med Force Academy so the extra base will not be needed. Speaking of Med Force Academy, it is in the process of being moved to the orbit of Pygar where our presence in Omicron Theta began so this is fitting. More updates on this will be posted as they arrive.
Also, we formally welcome Alejandro Diaz to our organization. He brings a lot of knowledge and is preparing to build a base in Omega 3. The base builder is there, ready and waiting.
Things in Baffin have been quiet with the wormhole changing. For the research and work that goes on there, I like it. Too much attention is not a good thing for that base.
Also, John Biche, I need your info to get you rostered. Please send me your info to make this happen. I have your ship names but not your dossier.

Subject: Hello's and Good Byes
We bid farewell as the sale of Med Force General-B is now complete and all assets are moved from the base. I have wished the new owners luck in their endeavors. Officially, all of it's assets are now merged with Med Force Academy and the future of the Enterprise and the Academy look promising.
We say hello to Med Force Omega in Omega 3 space just off of Freeport 1. It is still in its infancy so let us support it best we can. Aljandro Diaz is the administrator of the base.
This is also the end of the year for our organization which I think has gone well. With a new year upon us we have much to look forward to. It seems we have made some good friends in the 46th fleet in Liberty space and have had some success in training medical crews around Sirius. I think we have found respect and good will everywhere we have been. So, enjoy the rest of this year and let us make the next year even greater.

To say that I am upset about this base is an understatement. I came to it for a re-supply a few days back to find only 30 crewmembers of the original 400 crew compliment still alive and they were barely alive. I brought them provisions and then had to bring them back to health myself as the medical personnel there were among the dead. Alejandro Diaz, you are responsible for this and word of it got out pretty quick.
In order to entice new crew onto the base, I was told they would only do it if I stayed, you know, take the risks with them and so I did. I have been staying on base to oversee its final completion. There is much explaining to be done about this especially when I get my butt chewed by Omicron Supply and even get offered to have the base bought. This project will continue as the Omegas is a good place for this base.
Another change will be the base builder, [MFE]Reclusive. It will be exchanged for a freighter and stay within the area. It may possible take care of bases around it so as to keep this from happening to someone else. So until this project is complete, until the medical facilities on station are to my liking, I will be here for the next few days. Things look much better for it so once complete, I will appoint a new administrator and go about my work.

I am proud to announce that the initial work of the Omega Hospital is complete to include a Serenity class transport which will remain with the base for its needs. I am also leaving my fill in pilot, Billy Garand, to administrate it. Quietly, he has helped me out over the years and deserves a chance to move up. Congratulations, Billy.
That said, he has begun a storage unit on the base so it will need a lot of hull segments so help where you can. Nearby Portsmouth Shipyard in Cambridge has them.

At the request of Dr. Livingston the application for admission to the Med Force Group is hereby submitted. Doc Livingston is currently on a year long missionary trip to various Omicron systems and therefor is out of communications completely or in delayed communications at times. Upon his return the current ship is expected to be retired and and a new purchase of a L-584-B "Oasis"-class Passenger Liner to be completed and upfitted as a Hospital ship complete with the most cutting edge equipment and staff as available credits will allow. This current vessel upfitted is a DL series 90,000 ton Border World Transport fully outfitted with a Mobile Medical Unit, Scientific Research Team . She also has onboard a class "A" Arbitration team should one be needed.
The only item Dr. Livingston has concern about is taking on "Zoner" status. He has had neutral status that throughout his 36 years of practicing medicine and his ability to remain neutral in all regards not only has protected the lives of his crew and medical staff but allowed him to travel where others can not. He currently holds the respect of all factions and has been able to provide medical care to all species regardless race, color, creed or faction.
