I wonder how much people you need to vote on my request submitted as a faction leader to unlock faction assets for like 24 h so I can adjust equipment. I wonder how long it takes to put a semicolon in front of every line in which a ship is locked (I requested the unlock of 7 ships, no more), and then remove them a day later.

And, answering your question, sure, staff can do other things, but they shouldn't be giving s**t about how busy they are to those who ask why it takes so long for their requests/sanction reports to be processed so long when they have time for the crap like messing around with each other's PM messages.
