I agree on this, that would be better than everyone promoting their buddies without thinking if it would make sense.

It doesn't matter how many cheer for you here, this is not a democratic vote by other players, admins decide it and I doubt they decide after "Who's got the most yay's."

The way I see it, additional votes for yourself only helps you after the people deciding have already picked you out of a handful of options. Additionally, it would help if you said why you support the person to be granted as a MOD and what he/she can do as a MOD.
The less memes you give, the better you support your candidate and not just digging their own hole.
Personally, though, I would not like to see the TS squad made as moderators and I hope the people deciding take into consideration that making a mod out of people who cause trouble wont be a good decision.
Me; im able to see why the people deciding might not want to pick me, but if they do I can definitely say ill try my very best.
My signature speaks for itself about what I care about and I hope the people that make this community crindgy improve.
