One bombed planet with wastelands and dangerous jungle and one frozen wasteland with underground cities.

I would like to see where the idea that SCRA is stronger then Hessians comes from.

Who bombed Jiangxi in a new lore btw?

It's the understanding of the story team that the Hessians and Coalition are roughly equal in terms of population and military power. The Coalition for obvious reasons however enjoys support well beyond Rheinland.

Terrorists. It was left intentionally vague. Worth noting however that the Corsairs have a history of this. (Cork, anyone?)

Population and economy. While Red Hessians can enjoy atmost a few hundred thousands of population scattered around bases and on Tangier and are loosely organised (no proper administration system, no proper economy management, no formal education, especially higher one, medical system, infrastrcutre, etc), the Coalition has no less than 5 million population wit ha fully fledged mini-state but still a state and a proper standing army and fleet. The coherence of the society allows to be much more versatile, productive, and last longer in case of a war. Eventually, the war is the race of economic attrition. The demographics and economy are clearly on Coalition side.

But oh well, it is disco where Crayter can pull off a trump of resisting Gallic military powerhouse's onslaught in the open with their tiny planet and fleet comparable to the size of the Coalition but somehow allowing indies to fly around caps and carriers without limitations aside from ZOI. Much logic. Or take the Core that, even with the sponsorship of private corps cannot boast even about a million of population.

This topic of Coalition vs Hessians has been already discussed multiple times, just roll with it. Looking for some geopolitical logic in Disco will cause you only with a butthurt.

No. Just thing about Phantoms was removed and not replaced. I have a theory that this is Wilds aka Renegades bombed Jiangxi for another piece of chaos in Sirius
