Just got a long range message from the Sigmas.
One of my youngest hitman found a large shipment of ores (Copper) and small amount of other equipment heading to Omicron Theta. The transport had 'DSE)C-64.Norseman' callsign and he said the cargo will land on an MFE (Med Force Enterprises) base. The crew got taxed for 3 million and got 6 instead.
Luckily, Tercio isn't the place where you can burn money that easily. Based on the location, it must be a Zoner base. We should make sure they don't trade with the Corsairs or the Cryer, but that's just a suggestion.

Buenas,
I have to report three things from the last few days.
First of all, our men delivered 88888* industrial hardware, 5270 plasfoam conduits and 7110 heat sinks to our base. It was very exhausting and dangerous, but I guess it worth the effort.
Secondly my fleet gone to Texas for a slave-cardamine trade. It was also successful. Saw a Junker ship with Xeno Relics, but i had to let it go. That's their business, i guess.
Last, but not least we have met with a representative of the Sisterhood around Ainu. She shared GC and Dragon plans on their current war effort in Kyushu against a base called Tsushima or alternatively Planet Tomioka in Nagano.
The latter is a Dragon plan. Both target is owned by Samura and undefended due to the Gallic-Kusari war. Asked her if they need any help, but seems like they can deal with undefended bases of Samura. Good luck for them.
Attacks on supply chain of the Kusari war machine and taking advance in Lorraine is recommended.

One of our scout found a new modular installation in Tau-37. The pilot couldn't dock and it seems like the base isn't owned by any Outcast family or other friendly entity from the area. Due to its proximity to Falkland, I assume it may have something to do with the miners, therefore we should consider the removal of this base as soon as possible. The crew of the base, if it have any will be enslaved and moved to Albegna. If they are miners, then they can continue their occupation there for our pleasure.

My affiliates did patrols in upper Taus, Languedoc and in our house space. Attacked a Daumann, Gateway and Zoner transport.
Since the Daumann was almost completely empty, only one pilot have been taken from them. He will be trained and forced to get addicted, then we can use him. *petting the cat*
The Gateway was a bit harder, since it had some poisonous cargo and destroying their ship could harm the human cargo too. My scout decided to milk it for 7 million, but the crew only paid 5 million and started to babbling about attacking Bowex, because they are rich. My man showed some respect to their worthless life and let them go.
Maybe, next time we should bring a transport and rob their cargo instead. *angrily grabbing the a cat*
At last but not least, we found an unusually small Zoner transport, carrying iridium (a very strong magnet, used in engines). Sadly he forgot to drop the cargo at Malta or Valletta, so we had to tax his cargo for 8 million. He also mentioned his financial issues, due to oversized family (4 wives and 10 children). We asked him to sell some of them to us if he got bored of changing diapers and the endless catfights at home. He didn't say no. *petting the cat again*

You and yours have done very well pilfering from those who have too much to enrich those on Malta who want more. I would personally like to commend you for those efforts. In specific regard to your Zoner encounter, I can't help but feel somewhat jealous. To have a family so large... The man must be so very proud.
On a related note, there seems to be a fair few Zoners traversing through Outcast space, although I'm inclined to believe we should allow them that freedom so long as their activities benefit Malta, I'm not so inclined if they're just trespassing without enriching us.
But to your question of ::ORANGE HAMMER::, the current roadblocks as I have been informed are other Dons besides those running our Imperial Coalition and the Loyola Guard. Only time will tell if we see more major movement on it,

Hola, amigos.
A little gang of us decided to pay Coronado a visit today. We had a few fighter craft and a helpful Rogue destroyer joined us in our little venture, turns out the Colonials were packing much heavier guns than we expected. After we lost the destroyer I decided it would be a good idea to perhaps go and pick up something a bit heavier.
I brought the Vulturo along for the ride and upon my return we had already dismantled a few Colonial ships, I proceeded to aid in blowing their larger rustbuckets into space dust. Losses were minimal for us, one of the Colonials ran from Loyola's boys, guy must've been absolutely terrified!
We showed them a good time.
