There will be a new SNAC sold on the 2 bases in Texas VR called VR Antimatter Cannon. It is not effected by balance magic. Enjoy : )

Since this is a game within a game, is it ok to RP actual Sirian lowlifes playing it and trying to look cool?
PS: And would it be realistic to imagine there are inhabitants of Planet Volgograd who can download the game from pirate sites and play it through a VPN?

We have no plans for Leeds VR at this current stage though a few decent things have been suggested. After this event has finished both of these systems could potentially change into something else.
