To all Deterrence military vessels, this is a priority Delta communiqué.

Multiple companies have sighted an increasing amount of hostiles in our borders. The reports I've received in terms of enemy allocation corroborate what we've observed on the field so far. Incursions in our territory from opportunists and undesirables is something normal. Yet, we've seen an increase in activity beyond normal parameters and usual projected trends. On top of the regular Rheinlander skirmishes, our pilots have observed ships from Auxo surprisingly working in extreme proximity to Core vessels. There have been numerous sightings of ships with profile and signature of AI origin.

However, what is more concerning is the recent direct attacks on Corsair installations from Outcast forces. Given the vultures that they are, I've no doubt they've thought us easy prey fighting on multiple fronts. They've likely sensed an opportunity for a strike at us and assumed that we are vulnerable. Let's prove them wrong.

Roma Invicta and Prison Station Nicosia have been both targets. An attack on Roman Praetorian Prefecture of Sirius is an attack on us all. The Senatus has unilaterally voted to proceed with defensive measures. Despite our fleets fighting many enemies at once on various theaters of war, Deterrence shall do its part. A word given, a bond made, never broken.

Captain Tavros - good work on the additional defensive measures. I expect Cimitarra Company to lead in the defense efforts.

Other than highly classified projects, all other military operations have been suspended. There's no more honorable call to answer than the defense of home.

Buenas tardes to the High Command,

we had contact with the liberty navy today, at first we tried to avoid the navy but eventually he managed to catch us (what a shame).
He also asked us quite a few questions, which of course we didn't answer 100 percent correctly, about the Xeno relics, where we got them from and so on.

However, we must be careful as they are reinforcing the patrols.

I recorded the communication and will include it below:

The "Officer" asked for 2000 Xeno relics so he let me and my crew get away alive.
More likeable than the GMG *laughs*,
We were even allowed to deliver the remaining relics to the free port.
Well, maybe a corrupt man in the Navy after all?
One does not know.
But what I do know is that he stationed his ship near or on Fontana because he came from about that direction since we've almost reached Fontana, and on the way home he also disappeared in that direction again, can prove it but we can't because our onboard visual evidence system was defective.

I dunno how many ah' you remember me. I'm Ol' Tym the miner who's usually at Reincarnation Outpost. Yeah, I know I don't sound like most ah' you. But that's cos I'm not originally from aroun' here. Got it? None o' that stuff matters anymore, anyway.

Now where was I? Oh yeah. I took me Raba out fer a fly an' brought some more booze an' nibbles back! I know you lot love yer rum, so I brought that this time. No complainin' 'bout the brand or the quality o' it. If'n ya don' like it, yer can go git yer own.

But what struck me as odd? On me way back I didn' see anyone. That's ta say, that there were nae DTR ships in sight aroun' our home. No-one ta greet me and bum some free booze before the lay-aboots we call dockhands filched a bunch.

I get a better result goin' back ta Thira ta visit me wife. At leas' she greets me with a fist ta the face, which is better than what I got here fer comin' in wi' booze an' all. Cannae the lot o' ya even rustle up a patrol ta keep us safe?
Thankfully there were nae enemies neither.

Deterrence Operations Team,

Today I was about to head out smuggling artifacts to New London, when I found the fledgeling Corsair Apoc flying a brand new, still shiny (if you can believe it) Correo outside Skiros Station.
So I did what anyone would do... I fast talked them into following me on the smuggling run, charged them a "training fee" and decided I would impart all the wisdom I could into hapless newcomer potential recruit.

I took him to Amorgus and we grabbed some relics, along the way we collected DTR-Miguel, a capable and professional fighter to act as our escort.

Our first stop was Luxury Line Hawaii. We were forced to detour via Munich so we could lose a Nomad that was tracking us in the dark matter storm. We need more patrols.


I smugly asked Apoc to choose whether we would continue via the jumpholes, or via the tradelanes. I chuckled to myself as he chose the jumpholes. Everyone knows you can save an enormous amount of time and fuel with the tradelanes, you just have to be willing to dodge a bit of incoming fire, but why would I spoil his fun? I was dead certain that half way through the trip, he would run out of H-Fuel and we would have to rescue him, with his lesson learnt.

Well, I was completely wrong. Our newbie had, without fail, completely filled his tank with H-Fuel and even brought food supplies. We all made it to New London completely undetected thanks to the jumpholes and without incident.
At this point the sound of sniggering could be heard from Miguel who was much amused by my hopes being dashed.

So... We all bought a drink... A cargo hold full of them to be precise as we stocked up on Whiskey to return to Amorgus. This time I plotted the route seriously. I now knew that Apoc wasn't the same kind of impatient hot-head that I was all those years ago.

We travelled into the Omegas via Dublin. We avoided the tradelanes, because I wanted to stay near a friendly base should one of our many enemies decide to make an appearance. ...Which they didn't. Even the nomad that we detected at the beginning wasn't around.

The rookie flew well and quickly, so we reached Amorgus in good time and grabbed ourselves another drink... This time for us. I'm pleased to report that it was a completely successful smuggling run and that this new kid is much better than I thought. We need to get him up and into our ranks, before one of the other groups snatch him up.

Hola Senors y Senoritas Praetors!

I was sent on an errand by our más magnífico Overseer Lazar to run some Relics to Kusari. I was promised I wouldn't get shot too much, and that the station in question would let me dock. I was also threatened with cutting my rations again if I refused, so like an exemplary hermano, off I went!

The flight was pretty uneventful, despite me taking the shortest way through Omicron Beta. As if Sniffers could find me in that system-spanning gas cloud. Then it was just a matter of repeating the process in Sigma-19 and I was already where I was supposed to go. Mucho to my surprise, the station didn't shoot back, and let me dock onboard! That said, just as I was getting off the ship to unload, I was approached, and promptly yelled at by the crew. I didn't understand most of what they were saying, the only phrases I recall went something like 'buka guyjin' and 'go away'. I ran promptly called Senor Lazar and got told to just leave the cargo there and leave before I offend them any further, leaving the relics there without being paid. I did however visit our Alliance friends at Kamisu base and brought some Kyushu Rice, hoping to quench Overseer's wrath.

I didn't mess something up again... did I? DID I?!

Fellow Chosen, I want to congratulate you all - our victory over both Core and Outcasts has been assured. Roma Invicta and Prison Station Nicosia's survival has been achieved, our enemies repelled, our border's integrity preserved. Once again, Deterrence has proven to be a reliable partner and ally to our friends - keeping our word and protecting fellow Corsairs from our common enemies. Our pilots and warriors - stalwart defenders of our Imperio.

Following our victory, our great fleet scoured Sirius as a testament to our indominable will and spirit.

As you all know, to fund our various operations, we've pursued a diverse and strategic set of business deals with our numerous partners to further our finances. Recently, our smuggling operation with a goal to export into Liberty was also a resounding success. Collectively, we brought over 213 904 units of Xeno Relics to Fontana Freeport, in California. I want to publicly distinguish three individuals:

The Rheinlanders likely feel that we are spent after our on-going military campaigns. Prove them otherwise. Their command has launched a number of operations and we've seen multiple skirmishes across Xi. Given our recent loss to their scouting party - do not underestimate the enemy. They are well organized, fight effectively, and have tactical mastery. Treat any of their military ships with extreme prejudice. No doubt they will seek to assess any weaknesses in our composition and exploit it.

I have just received multiple confirmed reports of the successful capture of a titan-class transport, known popularly as the barge. The operation was daring, carried out in the heart of Rheinland, New Berlin.

A raider force intercepted a lone barge and proceeded to control the surrounding space until a marine detachment arrived, boarding the ship with no resistance. The captain, "Festus McBoyle" - If I recall correctly, was captured without any serious injuries and is available for questioning. The ship and most of the raiders made it out safely, but they were engaged by a strike craft wing from New Berlin, resulting in a few but replaceable losses.

During a routine patrol of Omega-48 with Sminitis* Sombra, we encountered an SIS pilot lurking near Casablanca Base.
In typical slimy and smarmy intelligence style, the pilot decided to talk his way out of the situation. We allowed this, because he was compliant and my ship's scanners did not register his weapons as being powered up.

In a nutshell, he claims that BIS (specifically his SIS branch) has no interest in Omega-48, or even our Corsair movements.
Uncl... Commander Cerratus, I bet you'd go stiff at hearing that... Sir.

Anyway, point is that they want to exchange information on the Nomad threat. But I don't trust them. I decided that it would be best to report this whole encounter and let better equipped minds decide.

Your recent report came to my attention. In the course of your standard duties - you and Gabriel Romero came into contact with a Bretonian Intelligence operative. I read the preliminary points but I would appreciate a full operational log of the entire mission - I want all the information to the tiniest detail. I understood the agent in question was also willing to pay more than what he was asked for - check for anything suspicious. The Corsair pilots that you rescued - where did you drop them off? I want them rounded up, examined, and interviewed for additional data.

I'll ascertain the next course of action depending on what we are looking at. Good work both on bringing this to our attention.
