Heya,
Now that after a two hours long discussion I've some free time, I thought it would be nice to let people see a little how it works on our side.
Here's a screenshot of our forum, we felt we needed something better than a simple message dump for our internal organization. It's very fresh and members doesn't have access to it yet as we have stickys and templates to do. (the header is in flash.)

Various screenshots of the Convoy Management Utility, Last screenshot shows the Activity Report tool yet still in development so that's why some stuff is missing. (I blurred some informations in the screenshots)
Only CEO selected announcements appears on the Home page, all others are stored in the Archived News section. (Accessible via the Home sub menu)

We have prepared and worked on some of the points brought up on this proposal and in PMs, yet it takes some time to deal with everything in time, I assume we'll start to have less work in the next two weeks.
We have also discussed the pirate hunting problem, if you see a USI hunting a pirate out of the followings terms, then try to contact him in the first place to have an explanation, and then if needed bring the problem to the CEOs attention.
The following points allows engagement with pirates, if the pirate tries to flee, you have the right to disrupt him, but not to cruise to catch up. Confrontation should be avoided when possible. (IE : people already dealing with the problem)
- Trying to fine a USI member (or convoy), give the pirate the possibility to flee before engaging.
- Attacking a Universal Vessel, give the pirate the possibility to flee before engaging.
- On Pre-Convoy patrols, if a pirate is met and refuses to leave the area. Pre-Convoy patrols shall have a minimum of two escorts, and a maximum of four. Reinforcements can be called in case of necessity.
- Enemy is within a 5k range of Trenton Outpost or a Universal Base and is going to fight.
About civilians, after the following thread http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?ac...=23&t=44857 we have decided the following for the moment (may change).
- If a LPI / LN is connected, the matter will be brought to his attention. If he is busy and cannot ask another LPI / LN to investigate the problem, we might investigate if the call is close (same system). It will depend of the USI situation.
- If no LPI / LN is connected, the only place where we will investigate the trouble is in the core systems of Liberty (NY, COL, CALI, TEX), but will depend of the affiliation of the subject. Will be only investigated if the USI is in the same system and at least 3 escorts are available.
- There is a very little chance we investigate if the matter is outside Liberty, it will depend from the affiliation of the subject.
Note that these policies are not effective yet, but will be soon once we review the whole thing again and might modify some points.

Well no huge complaints but one thing that I think wasnt really good is when I saw 3 of your pilots enter Alaska to help a Liberty Navy vessel against Order ships.
On the second note I think your forums, and the convoy organizing thing is great. You have potential to be a pretty good faction.

Now.. I dont think thats right..
Actually LNS-Aurora specifically requested those ships there and gave them clearance to enter. Bring it up with the Navy if it sounds strange. (Note I was not there, but I was given a report on the events that occurred)

It came to our attention that people outside from the USI registered on the CMU and then registered on the forums. It is useless as you won't see anything untill the accounts are approved, outsiders are not allowed on internal tools, except the Liberty Navy (those who we trust in it.)
