The kidnappings will be largely driven by forum and in-game RP and less in terms of PVP combat only after coming to an agreement with other Liberty faction leaders, something like what USI and Cartel have going on. I'm sure the more serious groups in Liberty would agree to some RP events to distinguish them from the rifraff.
As for bombings and assassinations, again, largely RP - attacks on depots and bases- driven through the forums, but also bomber attacks on singled out player targets, although players will have the chance to drop their cargo. The only players targetted will be Liberty authorities and Liberty corporation affiliated traders. So freelancers/civilians, non-Liberty corps are not targetted, and we will generally avoid independents unless they get in our way.
As for landing, pendind diplomatic agreements, we will no longer land on Zoner bases, except for rearming and repairs (no logging off).

That is indeed one of our primary concerns Walker, should anyone contact us ingame or on Forum you will and i repeat WILL be tested for RP aplitude, if you pass to our satisfaction then you will be considered after you talk more about your character and his motives for joining.
Fail, and well, work on the RP more and try again, learn and get experience. *Shrugs* That's the plan anyways.

As you don't have a feedback thread.... I had a run in with one of your guys today, caught me at the entrance the the cortez jg - curacao lane. I escaped the encounter, entirely by accident; I was so close the the lane when he took it down that as soon as it came back up I was docked and running. Took me somewhat by surprise, but I certainly wasn't going to stop and let him shoot me... Anyway, whilst the encounter was somewhat brief, from a group like this, I'd like a little more than "halt. drop your cargo or I'll make you." as an opening gambit.

In my opinion, it has the makings of a very promising faction. The only question that remains now is do you have the management skills to get it running and keep it going. I hope you do cos i'd like to see a decent and serious Xenos faction around that doesn't focus on sending raiding parties into New York.

Your rp seems pretty decent, but im suprised the 99% of the time I see you guys its sitting near or at the zoner base in bering taking down smugglers and traders. Would expect to see you causing more trouble in liberty itself not in an outlier where a war is being fought like bering.

We only take down Smugglers and Corporate Traders in Bering, any other reason i am there on my LRF is RP Reasons (Negociating with other groups of 'Revolutionaries').
Besides, i try to stay out of New York because they have no appreciation for RP, thus most of our attacks happen in outter Liberty or the Borderworlds.
Besides, what better place to cause trouble for the Navy then where they conduct operations?;)
