Idea I had and mentioned on Skype.
Kishiro invites the BHG (official faction) into Kusari in limited numbers as escorts and bodyguards. "Due to the rising number of dangers within Kusari space and the KNF and KSP's apparent inability or unwillingness to deal with the problems at hand." Basically, for protection from Samura's dogs (not to mention QCP, Outcasts, etc.). Kishiro's ally, the GMG, already have a working relationship with the BHG. And I believe Kishiro is allowed to hire foreign employees at their own discretion, even if it's frowned upon.

Not altogether a bad idea, but would Kishiro do this? I've always seen Kishiro as "outgrowing" people, rather than combating them.

It's a good idea to use the GMG/Kishiro door as a way for BHG to get in. As for the official BHG| faction I'm not sure if Athenian lifted the restriction on BHG in Sigmas yet. It was restricted from 4.84 times as Sigma-13 was like NY today. BHG Core is fully accpeted in the Sigmas by ID and by us GMG| as we are besieged by OC and Corsairs who can also bring in their heavy ships. (We keep those caps from invading into house space by being the buffer zone) With a (well paid) Core presence in Sigmas making strong relations with GMG cash it may be natural to get standard BHG to make their way in through Honshu system under the employ of GMG's partners; Kishiro. The other speed bump to this is that I am quite sure the Core won't come to Sigmas despite the ID as they won't "hire out" their ships.
