I'd love to vote for Kusari, but Kusari being dominated is just completely illogical. Unfortunately, if any House was to fall, I can't see any alternative to Bretonia being the one that crumbles.:(
Ritsuka - I've been to Kusari, I've played there. I had a KNF back when I was a nub in '07 and I wasn't impressed then. I've got a Samura food seller (who actually bumped into you in Kyushu a while back) and I'm still not impressed. Kusari is 98% idiot failbait, with a few good players sprinkled on top. The cons far outweigh the pros.
Plus the Emperor is silly. He gets used far too much - delegate please. The head of state doesn't issue parking permits.:P

Oh yea, dont forget that if you blow up the fin on a Kusari Battleship, you destroy the whole ship! Its true, the structuring of the ship was done wrong so that when the fin blew up ,the engine would thus killing the ship. It was so fun to have gunboats killing KUBB in less than 15 seconds =D (NPC of course)

Yeah, seeing emperor flying on his own in Kyushu with that enormous ship is a bit weird.

There's two ways of looking at this I guess. Gameplay wise, the house I enjoy playing in least is Liberty.
Lore wise, of all the offensive caricatures that are the houses, I think Kusari is the most racist and most perfunctory effort.
