Bretonian MOD Armarments and Munitions Licensing Office - Skullz - 09-22-2010

Dear Sirs

It has been a long time since I request four of your snubcraft. We have been very much active around Bretionia and yet I see no further contact in regards to these craft.

My company is still after 4 of the vessels we had requested.

Please contact me soon

Imperator Davis Williams

After examination of the recent applications here, the Armament and Munitions Licensing Office issued the following answers :

target :Boyan Mitev

Sir Mitev,

we dearly hope this to be an hoax, especially the part saying that BMM sold you the blue-prints of the Bretonia Gunboat, in a bar, for 3 Millions Sirius Credits. If this proved to be true your BMM dealer wont be the only one to experience troubles with the Intelligence Services. In any case the suspicious way you used to bypass our department will certainly call for an investigation about your endeavours.

Until your situation becomes clear, you are not allowed to leave Bretonia core systems with this particular ship. In order to simplify the Scottland Yard's task, please do the following :
  • please register the said ship to the capital ship registration,
  • you will cooperate with any officer from the Bretonia Police Authority, Bretonia Armed Forces or Bretonia Intelligence Services requesting assistance,
  • the required license amounts to twenty millions Sirius Credits (20 M), payable to the BAF|Armoury, within two months, with acknowledgment posted in this channel.
If you fail to comply with the aforementioned clauses your ships will be removed from your command, with any required mean if necessary.

Besides this, the Armaments and Munitions Licensing Office wishes you a good hunt.

target :George Radcliff

Sir Radcliff,

the Licensing Office hereby grants you the use for 2 x 11-4a Ultra Sunrail and 2x 10-3s Improved Sunrail, for a license of two millions Sirius Credits (2 M), payable to the BAF|Armoury within two months, with acknowledgment posted in this channel.

The Armaments and Munitions Licensing Office wishes you a good hunt.

target :Chief Warrant Officer Jah of the Bretonian Security Force

Greetings officer,

considering the needs of your wings the Bretonian Armed Forces allows you to recommission the former Her Majesty Ship Byron, provided you cover the expenses for the various repairs the old lady needs, and are free to rename her as you seems fit. Please register your ship in the capital ship registration and send twenty millions Sirius Credits to the BAF|Armoury, within two months. The BAF will in turn handle the details with BMM.

Due to the shortage for supplies for such particularly heavy gear the BAF recommands you to engage her only if mandatory required.

target :Scot Koutras

Sir Koutras,

although we are convinced of your good will, you also spend much time out of Bretonia while we'd prefer to see those guns stay in and shoot at the right targets. For now, you are granted the use for 4 x 4-11b Advanced Splitter only, for a license of two millions Sirius Credits (2 M), payable to the BAF|Armoury within two months, with acknowledgment posted in this channel. Subsequent requests will be considered later, once enough corsairs fall to your guns.

The Armaments and Munitions Licensing Office wishes you a good hunt.

target :Imperator Davis Williams

Sir Williams,

The Venator Private Security indeed achieved a good job as a peace-keeping agency and the Office hereby grants you the use for the Paladin heavy fighter. For now the BAF can retails only two of them, for a license of four millions Sirius Credits (4 M) each, payable to the BAF|Armoury within two months, with acknowledgment posted in this channel. Following the odds of the war, more might be available next month, or not.

The Armaments and Munitions Licensing Office wishes you a good hunt.

I am very much disturbed by this.

We are not a peace keeping force Sir.

And I have been told over and over again that you hardly use the Paladin snubcraft. And have many in stock. I even saw 300 unused ones all lined up on Planet New London. I see that you have no reason to say that you are limiting there usage to such a low degree.

Please reconsider the request and take a look at the yards and ship ports around Bretionia again. I know you can spare more than just two, even with the war going on.

Signed
I D Williams

Dear Sirs

I have seen you have failed to reply so far. I hope your taking the time to look at the ships all in you shipyards that are not being used. It has been several days from my last message. And I would like a message soon acknowledging that you are looking in to it further. Instead of myself feeling ignored.

I would also like to add how can a Bowex department get two or more Gunboats when there is a war going on and you see fit not to let loose a ship that cannot take part in the Kusari war as it is well known fact that it is Outdated.

Sir Williams,

I am not sure on how you could have a look to our ships unless you slipped in restricted access facilities, but let's assume you just read tabloids. Anyway, those ships are requested for our next promotion except two of them who were granted to your company.

As for your concern about public money expenses, Bowex was allowed two gunboats simply because this complany answers directly to the Government, and as such the Government have a much closer look to their investments, especially since Bowex pays more taxes than the VPS do.

Your two paladins are still waiting for you, under the same conditions detailled in the last transmission, and the Armament and Munitions Licensing Office whishes you a good hunt.

Signed,

Sean MacReady,
Armaments and Munitions Licensing Office.
