yeah nomads want to make humans leave sirius, and getting rid of outcasts after everyone else is consumed by a war for cardamine (since its scarce) would be a mission piss easy.

Orbital bombardment would cause too much collateral damage on the infrastructure, if anyone had bothered to read my previous post. WMDs should focus on dimishing the living force of the enemy.

Kinetic Energy Weapons (KEWs) are the most destructive and the cheapest cost of anything. Strap a nice big rocket on a big rock - aim it at where the planet will be in 2 months or so - since it'll take that long to get up some decent speed - and let fly. You can have anywhere from just massive explosions and crates all the way up to pasteurized planet.
