Making a popular ship available to everyone is a bad idea. It will become too popular and will end up with crappy stats to stop overuse of it. Assigning it to a faction is best, I think.

well, the ravens talon is popular and due to its placement on gran canaria it was widely available - and had good stats...:)
edit: its nerft? - didn t know that. - but there are a few good designs out there. that are not... ahh, really faction based:
- ravens talon ( IMG )
- ravens claw ( LSF - but stolen, so no real faction, lol )
- stinger ( i forgot, but its a cooperate design )
- taiidan bomber ( IMG )
- ageira bomber ( ageira )

Exactly, which meant many people didn't fly their own faction's ships. If we do this with the Marzoruki, it will happen again. There's a reason the RT got nerfed.

I'd go for making it a }{4x3r bomber if you'd ask me - just give the thing a borderwords skin.
