Tharog walked back in after an extensive toilet visit. (//aka I was away for 5 days) He looked around seeing some new faces, some of which were familiar. He ordered a glass of whisky and sat down placing his assault rifle against the bar again carefully observing the happenings around him.

Yes, Emma had her Virage on standby but she didn't reply to Izzy. She finished her beer and pulled a handgun seemingly illsuited to a woman of her size from her hip holster. She checked the magazine, clicked off the safety and returned it to its place at her hip. The whole thing was quite discreet and she highly doubted anyone would have seen her do it.

She wasn't expecting to have to fight, but considering the suit of armour, talk of the apocalypse, and the guy who just walked in with an assault rifle anything was possible and it was better to be safe than sorry.

Okay, so now there was armored folks, some guy brandishing a rifle, lots of sighing and...

Hell. Now what?

The pilot loosened up and kept eying the new arrivals; a bar fight was all well and good, but not when the suckers were armed to the gills. Barfights were nice little bouts of stress relief via fisticuffs. This wasn't what he'd had in mind.

A young gnetleman in his early twenties shuffled wearily through the door. He had a long fringe of lank, matted black hair which almost completly obscured his eyes. His skin was pale and palid, he looked ill. He took a seat near the bar. He rocked a little on the seat, and did not seem to notice anyone else or the rising tensions in the bar. He seemed a litte distant not really looking at any one, rater a point a few inches behind their skull.

Sarah nodded cheerfully, the comment completely failing to dampen her enthusiasm.
"Apocalyptic? By the way you're dressed I'd say the apocalypse has already come and gone. Besides, she gestured toward the dress. "It's a special occasion."

She either didn't notice or purposely ignored the figure's knife, instead turning her attention to the pair approaching the table. Aigis was fair knocked off her feet by the hug Sarah delivered, the girl was a little surprised to find herself looking her friend in the eyes. All their previous conversations had been carried out over shipboard systems, she'd always imagined Aigis as being a little taller. Perhaps Sarah herself had grown a few centimetres. The engineer glanced at Lyra, trying to convey her gratitude. Hopefully some of it got through.

"I'm not sure I called for one, but we've got one now... Well, almost." She paused, a glimmer of concern passing over her face. Where on earth was Jeff? Sarah hoped he hadn't found another battleship to annoy. Some habits really weren't good for your health. Her eyes snapped back up as the girl remembered her manners.

"Oh, sorry! Umm..." She paused again, trying to think of a name she could use. Her eyes glinted in amusement, one having finally come to mind. "Dirus, meet Aigis." Sarah nodded toward the white-haired figure she'd just disentangled herself from. "And Lyra." Presumably the second woman.

"Alice was supposed to send someone too." The engineer gave a casual shrug. "Aw well. They can catch up, I guess." She concluded, lowering herself back into the seat.

The girl pressed a few buttons on her dented wrist-computer, scanning hundreds of files. Most were civilian ship plans, parts and various other goodies. Precious few were photos or videos of her family, a handful of them collected since her departure. Public news networks were good for something it seemed. The thought of her family drew Sarah's hand to her neck, unconsciously checking for the presence of a locket. Still there. She returned her eyes to the screen. Barely ten per cent.

"Really should update this sometime..." She muttered as she lowered the computer, placing her hands back on her lap.

"You know about the Nomad War, right?"

At the mention of 'Nomad War', the young man slowly turned his dark unfocused eyes in the direction of the speaker. He opened his longsih coat and began searching through the pockets within it folds. Just visible inside the coat, was small label the kind that a mother puts on the belongings of a small child. In impossibly neat itallic script it read, 'Syd Rylands'. Eveidently not finding what he was looking for, his thin hands remerged and wrapped themselves round one another, he resumed rocking back wards and fowards a little, but still he did not take his eyes from what was unfolding.

She looked in the "walking armory" direction again - and typed something on her PDA.

- [Well, i was supposed to wait for a "girl who looks like she just rammed an asteroid", but when i showed Alice your photo, she said "human-shaped battleship" is of my interest, too. So, you won't try to kill me if i join your little party, right? Because you really look like you are going to.]

Parti sent the message and leaned backward, staring at the empty glass in front of her and still waiting for her order.

At the words Nomad War, Izzy's ears seemed to perk up. She was focusing on the conversation, but to anyone looking at her, she would look like she was zoning out.

He sighed gently looking at his wrist. 'Acutally Sarah... I do believe Alice's representative is here and if I knew this was a special occasion I would have brought a larger gun.' He looks down at the guns on his hips. 'Their hardly suited for special occasions you know and I've been meaning to test out the plasma launcher that I added to it as well.' He sounded rather amused as he looked towards the lady he was on the PDA with waving her over if she were to look. [As long as you don't step on my foot, then we will be fine] He shut his PDA down and waited for when she may join them. As if finally noticing Aigis and the woman called Lyra giving a brief nod.

Aigis was a name he remembered but how ever he didn't remember her having the form she does now. so upon looking at her and her friend he tilted his head before turning it back to Sarah. 'I hope that your... wait why would I say that of course your planning something stupid... though.. the last few plans we went on were my idea... so I hope your not planning anything stupid or anything of that nature.' He seemed to say what exactly came to his mind as he was thinking it.

Syd sighed and absent mindedly picked dirt from under is finger nails. He was not exactly sure what had caused this situation, but he had a feeling it would not end well. Should he involve himself?......No. He was in enough trouble already, unwanted attention would be a mistake. Best just to sit back and enjoy the show.
