I wasn't quite sure when it would be prudent to post here, but no time better than the present I suppose.
First off, thanks to all for the kind words of support. To those who voted no, that is their opinion and they are of course welcome to it. They also of course have every right to keep their reasons private. I do want to extend an invitation to them to voice their concerns to me privately if they wish, that way I may be able to address their issues in a manner that may or may not be satisfactory to them. Totally their choice though.
Lastly, I want to assure you all that I will do everything in my power to protect the sanctity of our server. I have every intention of being fair and balanced in every aspect of my responsibilities. I also want to ensure all that that is in no way to be taken as a sign that I will be easy. I am pretty much a nice guy most of the time, but I can have a mean streak should it be drawn out of me :angry2: But as long as you don't cheat, swear or otherwise ruin the server for everyone else, we will get along just fine. In any case, I want to let you know that my proverbial door is open should any of you have any concerns as to what I am doing.
Oh and just as a little side note (this will be announced and dealt with separately) I will be resigning as leader of RepEx at this point. I don't even want there to any form of connotation of bias or otherwise, and this is the safest way to avoid that.
EDIT: Oh and I voted Yes :P

If only from reading his post above it seems obvious to me that he is the right man for the job.
A few words of advice: Don't let your new duties cause you to forget to play the game once in a while.

I think he would do a great job, when i had a problem he answered me with alacrity and was clear and precise.
He is obviously a responsible member, and would be a credit to the server.
