Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - DeathsOverture - 02-25-2010 ' Wrote:RepEx can by all means take restricted good through the sigmas as it's GMG spce but untill there is RP agreements about the export of restricted goods by rhinelanders, kusari legal codex applys for the 3 tradelanes you need to take in honshu. Ah thanks for making this clear, that makes sense. Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Friday - 02-25-2010 What is required is a distinction between goods heading 'west' past Planet Honshu - and goods heading 'south' from Planet Honshu to Aomori Station. What we have here is a transitional phase between mod 4.85 and 4.86. Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - LoTeK_ - 03-30-2010 Codex updated: - Updated the Plutonium/H-fuel restriction concerning eastern Honshu and GMG authorized vessels, the link to the list will be updated when the list will be made available from the GMG; - Bounties from the Imperial Throne has been updated to be good with the recent admin notice about bounty prices; Lo Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - LoTeK_ - 07-04-2010 Criminals list updated: - Summer cleaning. Lo Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Bobthemanofsteel - 07-04-2010 The link on the first page is broken. :P Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - LoTeK_ - 07-04-2010 Can't fix it, if you check more closely you'll notice that's me but it's not me. Sorry 'bout that. Splitted personality, it happens  You have it on my sign anyway, perhaps if an admin or a forum moderator wish to fix it for me I'm all for that. Lo Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Tony - 12-03-2010 Yes hello I just was stoped for "carrying" aka transporting Plutonium, though Kusari space en-route to Liberty space. Roleplaying a Universeral Shipping Agent transporter. I claimed that Liberty(Liberty Navy - Norfolk Shipyard) purchased the cargo(Plutonium) and that I (the Universal agent/shipper) was transporting it. Not Dealing it nor Owning it. My cargo was destroyed in accordence with a law I did not break(in my eyes). Quote:The export of the following products from Kusari to the Taus is restricted to Samura, Kishiro and GMG (ID+IFF). Quote:Dealing and owning Plutonium and/or H-Fuel is restricted to Samura, Kishiro and GMG (ID+IFF). Tell me... How does any of this above apply to my character and it's cargo(Plutonium). Which once again was not dealing it nor was he the owner of it (in roleplay). Also as stated the cargo was destined for Liberty Space - Norfolk Shipyard. I see no rules/words saying it(Plutonium) may not be transported/carried through Kusari space? Which is what my argument is about. The manner which all this was handled was also poor to say the least... Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Council of the Rising Suns - 01-08-2011 If you are transporting it, you are dealing with it. If you have it in your ship, you own it. The laws weren't writen for people to find cheap loopholes. As another note, Kusari Legal Codex updated. The amount of credits for each cargo violation has been changed, the fine will be determined by the officers on spot depending on the severe of the crime committed. Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Council of the Rising Suns - 01-21-2011 Codex Updated. Liberty embargo attached. Kusari Legal Codex Feedback - Chase - 01-21-2011 Just a quick question on procedure. If a ship is caught carrying said illegal cargo, disobeys order to drop it and then attempts to flee/destroy the officer. After doing this, they then give up when almost destroyed, does this warrant the "requires the original fine paid and an addtional requirement determinated by..." clause? Is the doubling of the fine an adequate punishment for doing so? |
