So the rules are deliberately left very subjective?

Which makes sense. It's a common enemy, and the CR and OC will be pew pewing each other later. We also grouped up several times against Gallia, and included the BAF, and even the Gaians. We share a common enemy that is more urgent to rid ourselves of than the other would-be enemies or unfriendlies we group up with.
What's wrong with a bit of tactical communication, or even just lolzing about in OOC while having fun? Would it be okay if it was done in Teamspeak, and if it would, what is the difference?

*shrugs* Ask the admins. But in the end its all about appearances and what people perceive.

Anyways enough playing the devils advocate for me... much lulz Caserole

Just want to say, that if indeed the unmounting of gear was done by the admins as "punishment" they should have just taken the stuff themselves and gotten it over with. This reeks of a lack of discipline and a lack of professionalism in the admin team and they should be ashamed.

Same goes for the vultures who preyed on causing misery to other players.

Shame on you Disco. Shame.

Admins, make it right and replace anything lost.

They won't, watch. This thread will be locked within ten hours (at MOST), and probably a few posts lighter...

What would the Rheinland goverment think if they knew the Bretonian military and the hessians do joint operations(we are not talking 1 lone snub but more or less the whole hessian capfleet so to say).
Nothing in life is free, so they would have to think what Bretonia gives the Hessians in turn? Money?Ressources?Military aid? Who knows?

But we all know what happens to countries that to openly support and work together with terrorist groups, right? Right!

=> Way too risky for Bretonia!

indeed, both Liberty and Rheinland consider Red Hessians a bitter enemy... Both are cruicial to bretonian survival in the GRN war.

Politically and diplomatically, this is outright a suecide.

Allowing hessians SNUBS is one thing, but 5 Jormundgand Battleships is outright announcing your in bed with them.
Hessians should also not bring their caps so far outta their core territory, its dangerous no matter how much support they have from mollies it aint within RP for mollies to sustain such a fleet at their small installations. So your closest port would have been Arranmore in Dublin.

As for those who lost respect of sails? May i ask if you had any?
Of all the factions iv'e been in, Black Sails is the one most subjected to OORP hate, reengagement, F1 outta piracy, lolwut sized ganks and foul alliances.... The whole faction is hated for ooRP reasons, in return, we hate none of you.... we love you all, especially traders.

As for the rumor i heard on skype that certain admins would return lost gear of the sanctioned ships.
May i quote the sanction thread "Suecide or death may proove expensive"... Delta is Corsair territory, we got a base there. BAF did a smart move, they sent a fighter to scout ahead and as thus, made it home safely, others did not act very smart and well, they got caught.
It would also be ooRP for Corsairs to ignore a whole fleet of enemy ships suddenly appearing in their own back yard, litterally. Sanction or not, the roleplay around it was as usual, some good, some bad. But i thank the admins for sending them to Lost, it truly created alot of fun for the corsairs, for once.

Being in a group shows you are Allied. Always has, and always will. RP server and all. The sanction was because Hessien ID states they cannot ally themselves with a lawful.( they did) but since a BAF asked them into group the admins thought it unfair to punish the Hessiens only, so nailed all in group.
You all think it was bad sending them out to no-where. But seriously if those players used their heads, and logged on later, instead of right after sanction they would have lost nothing but time.
This was a slap on the wrist. They could have stripped every single ship of weapons/armour/thruster/shields and then stuck them out there.
Just think on that before you say they were unfair, and gave you all the chance to just log on later, and fly to freeport un-molested. Your fault you chose 10 minutes after sanction, not admins.

Also just to clarify. I was not involved in anyway before/during/after sanction. Just my thoughts on subject.

Also; they probably all would have been fine if after that last Corsair popped, there was an awkward moment where everybody went "Ummmm, thanks? I guess" and then that one guy went "KRIEG FUR DAS VATERLAND!" and shoot all the Baffies and then baffies shoot back and then cake.
Beacuse cake destroys lives.
