Well, at the least you should manage your ability to take Capitals anywhere in a way that makes sense. I.e it's not that logical for the Coalition to withdraw a large amount of capital assets away from 52. It'd leave the system less well defended.

Hey we have relations there like Crayterian Remnants (not to mention IMG) or Council, we fight also the GRN what's wrong with that? We have Sirius wide ZOI we're called the SIRIUS Coalition not "Omega" Coalition or something jeeze. We're free to wander whereever the fight leads us, we support revolutionairies, Sigmas aren't that far away from Omicrons(Relation with Order), those systems aren't realy off our limits. We have had contacts with Blood Dragons and GMG in the past, those regions are not out of our limits.
And yet at the same time there are talks on the forums that Core should not bring capitals into house space, and house military IDs should not/may not bring their capitals outside of their zoi.
Granted, SCRA only has capital ship allowances to the current official faction, and capital free range is something that is given to the likes of Order and Nomad official faction IDs, so now I'm not sure if there is enough justification to keep official coalition caps (the only ones currently) from going outside of their zoi...
Altough, going all the way around to" visit CR or annoy GRN" is seems like an after the act excuse....

Core| ID actually lets us take caps out of our ZoI fyi. However we're not going to use that to pursue Order with Makos into House space. Rather, that's for RP such as fixing up the Invictus or the Herschel. Or at the least, if we were to take a Cap outside of the Edge Worlds, there'd be roleplay conducted to give reasoning for it.
Generally though it's fine for official factions to be able to take Caps out of their ZoI or systems with JGs. But they need to do so responsibly.

The Feedback has been noted from those who posted. We may/may not agree or disagree with those who have posted but we appreciate the feedback nontheless.
Before I leave for a few hours I'm just going to put this here: The Coalition does not operate in a normal 'military' fashion, we do not follow the same doctrine of warfare that a House (for example Liberty) would use and throw all our assets on the frontline or keep them holed up. We will use them to expand our interests across Sirius which we wish to incorporate into the Coalition through either guile or warfare.
So yes we will use what is at our disposal in order to operate as guerrilla fighters, we will hit as hard as we can, flee the scene before the enemy can bring down the hammer and nurse our wounds for awhile. We use this tactic for both Snub-Fighters and Capital Ships across Sirius. However this does not mean we are going to be launching Cap Raids every day as that is just a waste of resources and leaves our snubs in the previously said closet to gather dust. We will use both our Snubs and Caps to cause the Houses and our foes as much pain as possible, besides the SCRA has been ganked many a time by it's enemies in the past in a similar manner (Tends to happen every time we visit Liberty or Bretonia) so there's not much of a branch for those folks to stand upon when they shake their heads at us for launching a capraid.
But who knows? Perhaps I am wrong and I should simply retire. I will still look over the feedback and put more thought into it.

It just really depends on what route you take the caps on I guess. Then again now that I think about it the entire subject matter for that is pretty petty and as long as it generates activity and fun, what's the issue?

What is the problem with you people ? SCRA wasn't even invited in Frankfurt event. One of you come with dessi (DOUBLE RAZOR) and a indie GB and shooting us in Corsair/RM event. If you guys really looking for BLUE's then please go to somewhere and show some respect when someone make any event.
