Greetings fellow Miners of the Omega`s, Tau`s or whereever you are right now,

some may know me, some may not but i guess you know my Sister Maya from Java.
Well i`m sending this Transmission to all of you to let you now that Maya and I take Two Weeks of from Duty.
We have a lot to talk about, our relationship, plans for the Future and of cause we want to relax.

The JM declared hostilities today and we surprised them by a strike first when their people were only partially aware. Razed a gunboat and a Waran in the surprise attack.

Today I claim these kills on our enemies:

Later on we were attacked by Outcast and fought back as well as we could. Managed to take out or force to dock quite some, but succumbed to their combat strength in the end. My Solaris guns were blown off, and I ejected.

Some old shot I dug up when Stealthscrapper tried to pirate and I sunk a snac into his Waran.

In the recent weeks, Corsairs have become more active in the Omegas. The OPG and Black Fleet seem to be there a lot. I came across a pirate holdup and engaged in the fighting in O3.

So, has been a while since I reported anything. However, here comes the most important things I have been missing out on: transport kills!

Today a Joker of a mercenary Waran tried to attack a transport. He blew off his thruster, thought he had won, then I surprised him from behind and blasted him to pieces, Baaaam!

Hunted down the known hunter Toma.Taifjun. Managed to snac him today after an attack against an IMG transport. Sadly, the transport was not equipped according to IMG regulations, so it was lost. Anyway, revenge was done.

Seems out Mister Hunter from Stuttgart now moved also to the Taus. He is in a Waran bomber with cloak. When spotted, he tried to cloak, failed, then tried to hug Cali, realized he would be snaced again, then ran to the sun and took a looond sunbath.

Mission Report:
Omega 7 Base Deconstruction


This is Executive Officer of the Zephyr Class Carrier "Rockabill", Elisabeth Hudson, reporting on our attack mission in Omega 7.

We were called by Freistadt Operators about a base named Cryptic Heart that was towed into the close vicinity of Freistadt, obstructing the norther docking ports and thus endangering our operations.

The Rockabill entered Omega 7 and established communications with the Rheinland Commander at the scene. After a short discussion, the IMG Carrier group, consisting of 2 Nanda Devi Bombers, 1 Sagarmatha Battlecruiser, 1 Gasherbrum Gunboat and the Zephyr Rockabill headed in.

We faced the problem that the Rockbill was recognized as a hostile unit by the Rheinland Battleship Schwerin. Circumventing the problem, the CO ordered the Rockabill to take a position outside of the range of the Schwerin's gunrange.

After some greetings words and operational coordination, the firing mission was commenced. IMG and Rheinland Military forces hammered the base and took it out in approximately 30 minutes.

The IMG Battlegroup returned to Omega 3, escorted by the Rheinland Battlegroup. The whole group met in Omega 3 for a cordial parting. The Battlegroup was awarded the "National Flower of Stuttgart", a military award for assisting Rheinland.

We returned to base, and moored to Aland Shipyard. The Rockabill needs to get a transponder update, and better scanner has to be equipped. It became painfully obvious that the vessel has not been in a fighting mission for more than 3 years and has not operated in Rheinland in the last two decades.


Additional Incident 1: Counter Attack against the Rheinland Forces

A Hessian Cruiser came in, but could not get close enough. The Rheinland forces drove it off and destroyed it. The attack was in vain, even though a Rheinland Cruiser at the gate was destroyed.


Additional Incident 2: Destruction of Ivan Silva, Bomber Class.

Internal version: A vessel that is associated with criminals that hunt the IMG vessels was approaching the site of the siege. Name: Ivan.Silva, Bomber class, Freelancer Papers. We warned small craft of crossfire, and when he made a bad move and was deshielded by Freistadt, the Rockabill fired a single barrage of 2 Cerberus, and 6 Battleship Turrets into him. The salvo destroyed the bomber instantly. Rheinland Forces believed that it was crossfire and an accident. No investigation is to be expected.

The official version: The bomber was hostile to Freistadt for unknown reasons. Freistadt gunners attacked the craft and marked it as red also for the automatic guns of the Zephyr. When the bomber flew into the crossfire of the heavy batteries of the Rockabill, it was picked up as a target and a salvo hit it.

The XO Sarah Hundemer was not experienced enough to oversee the difficult situation around the base, inside the nebula, with an outdated transponder and an old scanner, and therefore could not keep the tragic misfire salvo from happening.

Oh wow. A busy day, I swear. We scrapped 3 enemies in the course and I feel really happy. Okay, the first one was done by Omega 7 Defense. Still, three kills connected to this run, two by the convoy.

We did a long flight from Omegas to Minor, then we visited y Xeno base for Alloys, then the smuggling bases in Kepler, got Premium Scrap to Tau 44 and then we did some supply runs for Siloso. Worked out really well, I have to say.

** Subject: Tau 23/37 Patrol **

Greetings fellow Miners,

today we had a quite interesting Patrol in the Tau 23 and 37 Systems.
It started with hanging around at Java like a usual Day but i got some Company as Alexander.Craig joint me and we started an basic patrol in Tau 23.

Later the 2 of us where joint by Laura.Huntington and we continued our Patrol of the Tau 23 System.
Meanwhile i had replaced the Fighter with my Bomber and Laura choose the fly a Bomber herself.
Intel told us about reports of Cardamine Smugglers in Tau 37 so we started heading this way.
We reached Tau 37 with Alex as the Scout in his Fighter while the Bombers hide themselfs in the Nebula near the Tau 23 Jumphole.

The Trap was a success as two Junker Frigates entered the System coming from Omicron Alpha.
We scanned the Ships and *Bingo* we find lots of Cardamine in the Cargoholds.
After the Captains refused to drop there Cargo, permission was given to take them out and destroy the Cargo.

Hello fellow members of the guild. Yesterday we had a rought fight on us, since in tau-23 there were a group of Outcasts with a small number of Junker Marauders with them. On our side there was me, Ray and Alexander, incuding Laura a bomber, but she then soon fled to to bring another ship. While at the start the fight was on the point to be lost, we maked to odds and managed to kill several of them, including a bomber and a fighter, which both i have killed with the help of m comarandes, but the later we were outnumberd and we lost to their massive force of gunboats

Q3 Report

During the last months the IMG Defense had to defend against an old threat, namely the Junker group JM|- Junker Marauders, who apparently multiplied their efforts to harass IMG operations in the Taus.
While attacking mostly in Gunboat class vessels, they had to suffer from costly losses against IMG forces. Lately, the cruiser GDV Oceania, together with the GPV Cruisers Pathfinder and Pioneer's Fate, have shown to be an effective defense force against any vessel currently flown by the Junkers, and I therefore recommend the deployment of further Thanatos-class cruisers to the Tau region.

Furthermore, I remind every one of our members that Java has formally been given to the GRN, with us keeping all docking rights on the station. This means you'll have to comply to any rules of conduct states by the GRN, GRP or any other Gallic lawful while around the station.
Falkland and Fort Siloso remain IMG assets.

Unlike the Taus, the Omega region has lately been quiet. Most conflict around Freistadt and our assets in Omega-9 has been of political nature and I am assured our diplomats have the situation under control.
Pirate groups like the Corsairs have not shown any ambition to assault IMG vessels lately, making the Omegas a safer location for initiates of our Guild. Defense assets from Aland and Freistadt may be re-distributed to Tau-23 or our footholds in Omega-9 to further establish our presence there.

However, and I can't stress this enough, the morale of our Paramilitary forces seems to be at a constant down-state and I insist our mid-command in the Paramilitary to motivate our pilots to the best of their abilities.
