RE: Discovery Mining Guide [4.88.5] - Limit Board of Directors - 10-10-2017 Can we see the stats for the official BMF ID. RE: Discovery Mining Guide [4.88.5] - Sand-Viper - 10-11-2017 I just thought of something... Quote:Azurite Gas: This needs to be massively over-buffed. Sunderland Research Station is now in Planet Darlington's atmosphere. As such, transports can no longer dock here. It seems rather insane that a trip from Omicron Delta to Darlington (Which takes 13 jumps minimum) is so unprofitable, given that once inside Darlington's atmosphere, you must cruise a great distance to reach the Research Station. Honestly, whoever has the cahones to move what might be considered contraband through the Omicrons and 2-3 lawful houses in a freighter ought to be given 100,000,000. Now, assuming they even make the trip, that would cause Azurite Gas to have a sale price of 166,666 credits per unit. Possibly imbalanced, considering a transport *could* sit above Darlington's atmosphere and wait for a 10-15 minute trip it takes to get to the research station, but that would make for a looong time to fully unload. It'd be neat to see a truly profitable freighter-only smuggler's run. Then let me put my foot in my mouth and hush up. ![]() Edit: I still wonder if it's due for a buff, however. 13 systems versus traveling 5 from Rho to Alaska seems to be worth more than a 2k per unit increase. RE: Discovery Mining Guide [4.88.5] - Vulkhard Muller - 10-12-2017 Kinda veering off the topic of Azurite, but can we get this updated with information regarding Cryo-Organisms? I presonally forwarded two versions of infocards back when vipex was a dev. The thing about Azurite is that you don't mine it for the credits, but for the experience - since at present you'd be doing it "illegally" when flying anything but a Core ID (well, at least from The Core's perspective), you never know when a bloody s.o.b. turns up and bashes your head open for going against the green, or better yet, when a squid or wildling sniffs you out. But if you really want to go in for the money, take Azurite for above 6k to Durban which is 1-2 stops away. Plus, as I see it, Sunderland is currently pretty much red (after Darlington implementation), at least to all my characters who previously wege good to dock there. I haven't given in much attention though, so... whatever. RE: Discovery Mining Guide [4.88.5] - Vulkhard Muller - 10-19-2017 Alright I give up, someone please tell me where to mine Ignitable Waste in gallia. I cannot find it. It's infocard clearly states it's in gallia but I could be wrong idk. RE: Discovery Mining Guide [4.88.5] - Xalrok - 10-19-2017 The commodities were added but the Mining Update hasn't happened yet, so you can't mine it right now. |
