The Ministry understands that Sirius Entsorgung will take all the necessary steps to safeguard the transportation of dangerous materials through Rheinland space. Additionally, we expect that all necessary precautions will be taken for the transportation of supplies within the same vessels that conduct waste disposal operations. We will rely on your expertise, but will continue to monitor the situation closely. Therefore, your request to transport the following products in Rheinland is:
- MOX: approved.
- Toxic Waste: approved.
- Uranium: approved.
- Oxygen: approved.
- Synth Paste: approved.
- Water: approved.
- Basic Alloys: approved.
- Hull Panels: approved.
- Robotics: approved.
- Scrap Metal: approved.
The other materials mentioned are currently on a restricted schedule, and will be reviewed once they re-enter mass production.

Herr Alexander,
We are pleased to see that you and the Core are willing to re-open a previously beneficial relationship with Rheinland. However, as you have stated that you plan to operate within House policies, the Ministries of Economic Development and the Interior have required a modification to your proposal.
Instead of transporting your requested cargo all the way through Rheinland, you will offload it onto a Rheinwehr-controlled intake point, from where it will be shipped out in the hulls of Rheinland corporations. The installation is currently located in New Berlin, Sector D6, bearing the name "Handelsdepot".
If you agree to this proposal, your request to transport the following cargo in Rheinland is conditionally:
- Azurite Gas: approved.
- Xeno Relics: approved.
Please feel free to reach out about any clarifications regarding this counter-proposal. Frau Schulze also recommends that you get in contact with the Rheinland Military, Daumann, Kruger, or RGS to establish favourable contracts for the shipment of these materials.

due to a recent re-organization of Rheinland Law, a large part of your request is redundant, as it does not contravene latest regulations. However, the request to operate any vessel under §3.3.1 remains valid. Unfortunately, the Ministry of the Interior has not received enough evidence regarding the safe operation of additional disposal vessels under your organization. Therefore, your request is denied.
