We will take your adivsements under consideration.
The BSG may position no more than one battleship, and 2 bombers in the system. You may have however many cruisers, gunboats, fighters, and other craft you want. Be advised, however, that unless the person is an enemy of AW, or you have been given permission, you are not allowed to shoot ships except for self defense.
As of now, I'll allow BSG to fire on this Cylon, and any enemies AW and BSG may share. This includes Zypher, for firing on AW, IND, and SiN|Tech vessals, as well as Skylanzer who has assisted him before.

1 Hour ago, the [AW] Bomber Mandos entered AW space and was attacked by The Black Fleet ship Bloodlust (Under the command of Crog) and allies (Marwan and Zypher). Marwan was killed (three deaths), and Zypher damaged (read, killed once (or was it twice?)) and Bloodlust damaged too (I think, I killed 6 people before the fight was stopped) before the Mandos retired from battle to broadcast the events to the high command (killed twice. After that we had to stop the fight as the lag was high).
As of now, the AW is at war with the TBF. They are to be killed in sight if they enter Theta, with no questions asked.
We assume full defensive posture. You can also engage them outside theta. They are KoS now.
It seems that they want to take the Omicron Theta system for themselves. And we can't allow that.
I now summon the AW fleet back into activity so we can defend from this new threat that menaces our homeland. We cannot allow them to take our home from us.
Fight with honour and tenacity and don't leave an inch of our land fall under the control of the TBF!

We have moved a large amount of funds to New York. You may find funds there, or in Theta to find the refit of your ships. The HF are finally beginning to pay us for the construction work we did in Vespucci for them.

We have now begun our attacks against the SA. Though we are leaving the fight more to our long-term allies, the HF, we still need to reposition a few ships to Megellan. Currently we have 2 fighters stationed at Mactan, with hopes to bring either the Caedo or Anchoron to Vespucci to use during an invasion of California.
We must watch our backs however, as the SF has yet to remove any hostile status with us, and has already sent ships to Liberty and Manchester to help the besieged Liberty Navy. We are also now at full hostile status with the BSG for firing on HF ships, and refusing our demands to break off their attacks. The SF, SA, and SF are restricted access. Give aid to the HF and their allies, the Helghast if they are seen under attack by any of these three factions.
Everyone is to have at least one ship remaining in Theta to combat any invasion by the SF, or its allies.
For now stay out of Cambridge. Focus on Liberty until given orders to attack the SF and BSG in Cambridge. Shoot SF, BSG, and SA on sight, but do not hunt any but the SA.
Anyone in need of funds to refit/rebuy ships may get them at New York or Theta.
In regards to the TBF. They are under a short leash, as we have made quite clear to them. If they attack any trader or any ships neutral to the AW, stop them, and report the incident here. If they cannot follow our laws of neutrality, than they will not be given access to our stations.
I'll be checking with the RM, SCRA, and the TBF to determine their stances in this war.
Any SF ship sighted in Omega-41 is to be warned; If they enter Theta they will be destroyed. Same goes for the BSG. Fire on SA ships at your convenience.
