Well, its usually pirates which give nothing or literally one-word before engaging that makes the Navy a little on edge. I've never seen a Navy officer engage with saying nothing at all (well, the ones in the official [LN] anyway), and if they did, it would have been because the enemy engaged them without any warning.
Anyway, i voted 'Average' for my RP, not as bad as the people who just say "Navy, attack!!", but not as good as the people who have written those great RP stories.

Yeah, Navy players always RP up a storm and avoid conflict. What are you talking about, Nighthawk?
