Hola, amigos.

As you know, I am a betting man. And during one of my weekly games with Jose, Santiago, Xavier, the topic came up of MY awareness of what is in and about the Taus. And well, Santiago bet that he was aware of more stations in Tau 23 and Tau 37 than I. By the way, that Santiago is a sly weasel, and it turns out he knew one I didn't.

Seems someone has set up a new facility in Tau 23, I had to make sure he wasn't just pulling my leg. And he wasn't. So I lost that bet... On the way back I stopped off at the ore depot in Tau-37, not entirely sure who actually owns it but I thought I should mention its still alive and kicking.

Buenas,

In the recent days my servants did several patrols and one of them met with Alan Walcott. The Gateway owned ship was calm around my man and he asked Walcott to help us out with smuggled Ageira White Boxes, but he rejected. Maybe because he is on the lower end of the corporate ladder or simply because Gateway is full of disabled people, but he couldn't or won't help. Got taxed and released, so it was a net positive contact.
Also recently the Hackers visited Malta. He was a bit rough, but I could calm him down and made him interested in nomad relics. He was interested if they are "active", but since on Malta it's banned and most of our scientist only care about collecting and selling it, I couldn't say a straight answer. If it will cause a second Nomad war, then bring it on!
My servant helped him out and he moved back to Liberty.
We can expect from this deal to increase our profit and after some time cut off the Hogosha's activity from Leiden base. Just make sure the Sisterhood don't see this deal with the Hackers. For the opening I lowered the price to get their attention in Galileo.

Of course expedition gone to Liberty for human resources and spreading the orange dream.

Currently I'm in Santa Verna, getting some "spiritual guidance". Also planning to build a prison base on Carinea.

Buenas,

Of course new shipments of Cardamine and slaves transported between Liberty and Malta. What is more important than this, is a new trade route to the core of the Rheinland Empire, the New Berlin system. The destination name is Kreuzberg and owned by the local Junkers. The bier on the base is decent and large portion of the local population have connections on Planet New Berlin, to sell our product to them this time the Xeno Relics, but they are open for cardamine too. The source of the information was the Sisterhood.

I think after this long and exhausting route, I will have to take a longer brake on one of my hacienda. Showing daily sacrifice to the Great Souls, celebrating my great-great-grandfather's 150th birthday, playing chess with slaves and hearing out their stories about Liberty. Just enjoying the life as only a Maltese can do.

Khem, your efforts at keeping the cardamine trade flowing is greatly appreciated, and your involvement in several combat situations haven't gone unnoticed.
Emillio Mazzanti, your involvement in previous combat situations have been noticed by the Marshals, and they see great potential in you.

Both of you have done the Outcasts a great service and I am glad to elevate you in status among our family. Dos Rayas. You'll find your promotion comes with a gift when you return to Malta.

I would recommend looking into the Marshal branches. Both the Húsares, and the Armada branches have currently empty leadership positions. An opportunity you simply can't miss!

We have struck again on our secular ennemies, the Corsairs. With the Maladeta under my command and on our way for the siege of Prison Station Nicosi with the Valiente, we have come across a Corsair Cruiser, that was quickly put down.

Shortly after, one of their stupidest commander judged that coming our way was a good idea. He was dealt with with the respect he deserved: slowly thrown out in space, seeing his Legate getting torn apart piece by piece.

Anyway, a great victory for us.

Subject: Another strike in Liberty


Buenas tardes, hermanos.

Today I was next to the trade route between the Colorado Jump Gate and Fort Bush, expecting a convoy to come by and get some profit from it, when a Navy Officer showed up. This one seemed rather eager to fight, and I was definitly ready to make him meet his Creator.

We started dueling, when one of his friends showed up, asking if he needed help. The coward told him to get in and try me, of course. I managed to keep them at distance for a while, but I knew I could not hold it for long, especially since two other ships of theirs showed up, ready to take part in the fight.

Hopefully, our jefa, Alexandra Amelia, came up and helped me out. This led us to fight together against four 46th Fleet fighters. We eventually sent them out in space. Those fools should not have tried to stand in our way.

Definitely another good strike against the Liberty Navy Forces.

Anyway, I'll prepare another cardamine convoy, I'll keep you updated.
