Bonsoir mes amis.

I have a good hit to report. After the turmoil in Tau-23 seems to be cooling down, I decided to scout the system. I found nothing. It is unusual for Tau-23 to be this calm. So I decided to search the bordering systems. And at the first jump, in Kyushu, I immediately ran into enemies. A Golden Chrysanthemum convoy carrying some sort of drug into the Taus. The convoy consisted of one heavy "Aspis" Outcast battletransport and one "Waran" bomber escort. Despite being alone, I felt confident in my Sirroco Noir, the "Cacciatore". It has recently been outfitted with experimental duelist guns. This was the right opportunity to put them to the test. After a fierce but quick fight, the escort vessel fell. Even after the fight went on for a while, it still took place in the Ohka Dust Field. Knowing that Kusari rarely ever patrols this field, I decided to attempt to take down the Aspis. It took a long time and most of my Nanobots and Shield Batteries, but in the end it met its demise near Tsushima. Two Freelancers also came by to finish the allready beaten GC- Transport.
In the end, everyone got themselves a sample of the convoy's cargo. "Shigeakiki". Seems to be a bevarage, in a fancy bottle. I did not try it. If it is brewed by the GC, it would probably be a bad idea to do so. Instead, I took the samples to Monte Cinto in Provence for analysis. If this beverage proves to be problematic, I recommend to increase our presence in the Kusari borders to keep the GC in check.
You will find all relevant information below.

Saluti.

Today I bring interest news from the Dublin system. I ran into the Molly Patrick Trevan, in the Leeds system, where we started communicating. Fortunately, I had loaded my cargo bay with Black Market Enfer Blasters from Monaco. So I brought my good to Arranmore, intending to buy Gold from Connacht. The folks from Corte pay handsomely for it. Appearently, they use it for weapons. That might be worth looking into. When I approached Connacht however, I met Patrick's ship, the PRW-Fomorian. A Grendel Frigate, loaded with Liberty guns. Seems like the Mollies have a need for sidearms. We got into a talk about several topics. About Bretonia, the Gold and so on. And it seems the Mollies are in need of not only side arms, but also warships. I think that is something we should keep in mind. I have left all options on the table, in case the principal would like to strike a deal with them. I am probably not the only one who would like the Armed Forces to get a proper beating in Dublin, so I think we should consider helping the Mollies. There will likely be something in it for us. I will leave the logs of the encounter below, in case you wanna hear what he had to say. I am gonna warn you though... His tone is... challenging to say the least. But hear for yourselves.

Deliveries to Arranmore

Cordialement,
