The error message "ERR Move character access denied." is shown when you type in the wrong password for the character you are trying to move.
I'll have a wee look to check the account...
EDIT:
You don't have a code on "LWB|Hannah-Hyane" it can be moved (and now has been)
You've got a code set on "LWB|Hannah.Hyane" it can't be moved.
...ah and I see you've figured it out while I was typing this.

Yes/No
Yes there is a mod to do it but everyone I've talked to about it says that it is buggy so I guess the answer is no.

Ah, I see what it is, now, Cannon. I misunderstood the concept (I thought the code was for the account you were moving it to, not the character). Reading your post, I recognize that error. Thank you!
EDIT: For some reason it's only removing a million for the moves, though. Might wanna check it out, Cannon.
