or enter,
Yeah, frozen asked already. That's why I added the 'nearly' in my former statement.:P

There will be four exits: one in the gap at the ships 'head', one below the engine section in the middle and two on the sides of this big box in the middle.

Troop transport? I think this would be an excellent battlecruiser. That's just my opinion, but it is your ship after all. I think the model looks beautiful.

Rheinland model - Cyberanson - 09-11-2009

Look. The model itself is named 'rheinland-battlecruiser.blend' on my hard drive. But face it: there is no chance that this thing IS a battlecruiser. It is just to chunky and lacks the aggressive tone, the Rheinland warships tend to have.

If I am done with this and the infantry commodity, this will perfectly fit together.

But... hitbox/hardpointing first.

I really dislike the textures you've chosen to use.

Can we have a rendered comparison between your model and the vanilla Rheinland models, mapping applied please?

Regular rhienland textures, please. Pleeeease. Its a beautiful ship...but the Texture doesn't fit. Its not particularly FLish, in my estimation (champion FLIshfeeler)

Are you REALLY sure, that you want the original textures? I mean... I tried them today and they are soooo plain ugly and messed up, it's a pain.

Those look just great in my eyes. (after I will adjust some small things)

Rheinland model - Turkish - 09-11-2009

Yes, I do in fact want the vanilla textures. It helps to create a seamless appearance and line of influence among Rheinland ships.

Right now your textures don't really look like the ones used on literally every other ship produced in Rheinland by the major corporations.

Still, show a comparison between the regular ships and yours so we can see how they look together.

i gotto agree - you should use rheinland textures. - on your comparison image ( that is not "ingame" though ) - you clearly see how different it is to the cruiser. - the cruiser offers a lot more "fake" bump mapping / detail - while yours which is nicely skinned ... looks a bit plain.

Rheinland model - Cyberanson - 09-11-2009

Yeah, I recognized that my model lacks some bump mapping somehow, but I didn't manage to let it look more bumped. I will give it a try tomorrow, but don't expect something good.
