If by removing of a house, you're referring to the perminant and utterly complete deletion of all
- Systems
- Bases
- Planets
- Commodities
- Factions, NPC and Player
- Characters
- Storylines & History
- And replacing them with... nothing. Just Jumpholes that connect the various borderworlds.

OK seriously, it is the most economically stable, and is in the middle of the universe. Plus, I have confidence their advanced military will keep it (relatively) secure from nomads.
Also, politically its the most stable, and yes democracy plays a part.... dont want to worship some chancellor (yes in game they actually used the word worship), endure the corruption and political turmoil of gallia, pretty much the same in kusari, and bretonia is just... bretonia. Sorry but its kinda a little unhealthy to live there with all the smog...
But seeing its in the center of the universe, it has easy access to all that debre and stuff left behind by the other now dead houses. So its the logical economic choice.
But assuming its blackholed and its just a standalone, no debre and all resources are gone, I'd say either kusari or galla cos of access to gas clouds and raw materials to ensure a safe future. Liberty relies too much on imports...

and why not its fitting a mobile base to fight kusari and it solves the fact that the BAF apprently think rhineland is a better ally then libertty i hardly fight on the thing as it iswhen i say mobile operations base i mean mobile operations base id sell the thing but i cant get any decent funds for it and in truth im getting fed up with liberty so i dont know where or what to do ..as i said its not worth scrapping uness somebody mineds giveing me the 280 sum million for it or every now"5MILLRDAI pirate buggers off the new bomber guns ruin trade and nobody escourts period

Rheinland. Their military is spread so thin it can barely deal with the pirate problems, most of their battleships can't even move, and oh yeah, Liberty's attacking them.
