Attention All workers of Volgograd Industrial. Special news announcement

By order of the Minister of Plenty, we are reporting to all Volgograd employees the following news in relation to the state of the economy, and some new promotions. We will begin by an opening report on revelation of a new base of operations organized by the office of the Minister of Plenty.

Volgograd Industrial has some important news to bring all Volgograd Industrial employees. Former Minister of Plenty Leon Gutierrez has resigned, according to the Duma, following a disappearance from duty due to sudden circumstances dealing with his health. With a week long absence the Duma has deemed it important to replace him with a senior Administrator within Volgograd Industrial. Volgograd Industrial will be lead by the newly appointed Chairwoman, Natasha Romanov until the Duma appoints a new Minister of Plenty.

In other news, a new director of logistics has been appointed to Volgograd Industrial. With much appreciation by the work done by Former Director, Jibril Hasan, a new rising comrade will take his place. Please be sure to give your salutations to Comrade Andrey Shevchenko for his new position, on behalf of his appointment he has prepared something to say.

Floor during the Emergency Session
" Fellow Comrades of our ever enduring Coalition. Something grave has happened during the past seven days. As you all well now by now, the former premier Selim has abandoned his post and has fled to Bretonia. And how do we know? His seat was found empty when our Commissars went to directly tell him their grievances after it was clear the entirety of the Coalition was not being listened to nor being addressed.

According to Petrov's information, he's enemies have stated that a few of us have 'coup'ed our former Premier. But when a seat is vacant at the helm of a ship, it means there is in need of a new captain. An empty seat cannot be couped, it would of required someone already in it. Therefore, I present myself in front of this Duma session, to take this position at the helm and to lead the legacies of our past Premiers and drive the Coalition into a new era.

Comrades of the Duma, hear me closely. As we speak war is on-going in our neighboring system of what we call Omega-49 but others are hearing a new name given by the occupants. Our first step has now been taken and there is no going back. All-out war has begun once again as it had once been done under Premier Ben Warner. Now while war rages, our comrades march on with their heads up high that we no longer lay dormant and that we will stand up against this behemoth. But, war is not the only thing that will change us Comrades.

For years the Premier's office has been the sole dictate of the entire direction, in all aspects of government. For years while you elected him, his power knew no boundaries - the Premier could step on any ministry's work and have no consequence less he threatened civil war or removed said minister through sheer power. Our Ministries were made with a purpose , and the purpose was so that the management could be divided among equals. Thus, the Premier will no longer speak for the Ministry of Plenty or the Ministry of Truth so long as it does not contradict our goals or stall in decision, and that the Ministry of Peace will have a restructuring to address the new times. This would be my first act.

In these new times, the Coalition needs to adapt to the circumstances it finds itself in. During the one-man dictatorship of Selim, our movement seemed Frozen, and now a Thawing out has begun. Under my leadership, the Coalition will restructure as needed to continue the on-going goal of our founding comrades, for a Sirius Wide Workers Revolution. In diplomacy , this will be our prime focus when negotiating with neighboring powers - no more submission to the oppressive Houses, Monarchies or Regimes of Sirius. 'The Struggle' will be our answer to these powers.

The Blood Dragons
There will be a special visit tomorrow from Shogunate of the Blood Dragons, and his entourage will be escorted from Kyoto Base, in Chugoku, to Omega-2 where they will discuss at Iskra , the current iteration of the Blood Dragons - Sirius Coalition Treaty, last signed by Premier Ben Warner. The Shogun and Premier Leon Gutierrez, seek to update the treaty to reflect the on-going affairs going on today. The Premier expresses interest in revising the Trade policies between the two factions, to further provide Kusari goods to the Coalition and have them easily accessible within the Omegas.

In return, Iskra will be offering new commodities to exchange back to the Blood Dragons. There is current talk on further collaboration with regards to the Military specifically with technological capabilities. Under the previous Treaty, the Coalition Battlecruiser "Hurricane" and it's forward Ion's Cannon was built in large thanks to the Blood Dragon's effort under project "Bo-Hiyo". The Premier wishes that the appreciation is earnestly felt for the significant contribution that the Blood Dragons have made for the Coalition's army.

Citizens should expect a heightened sense of Security throughout the nearby Omega systems until the duration of the visit is over. Army will be patrolling the nearby areas, and Volgograd Industrial has been notified to expect an increase of traffic within Omega-2.

The Blood Dragons



Today's news report will be quite significant as a lot has happened within the Coalition government and military in the past few days. To begin, we will discuss the recent diplomatic relations between the Sirius Coalition and the Blood Dragons. Premier Gutierrez and Daimyo Nakai Shun , along with an escort of blood dragon pilots met on Iskra a few days ago to renegotiate the Shogun-Sirius Coalition treaty. The Treaty once signed by the late Premier Ben Warner, solidified our alliance between the Blood Dragons and the Coalition. Premier Gutierrez had felt that the Treaty needed to reflect the current times, and take into account the massive technological contribution that the Blood Dragons provided which was the Forward Ion cannons found in current use by all active Military Hurricane-class Battlecruisers. Therefore some key points were agreed upon by the both sides.

The First was that the Blood Dragons will now provide new resources from the Kusari system and neighboring systems , such as Uranium Ore, Platinum Ore, and H-Fuel. The Second is, that the Coalition engineers will now start on active technological collaboration between both forces, allowing for access to Kusari technology and vice versa. The Third is, the Blood Dragons were given special access to visit certain systems in the Omegas which is under active control or security by the Coalition forces. Furthermore, as an act of good faith, the Premier was rewarded with Kusari Sake in which they toasted their renewed treaty. The Premier is now interested in assisting the Blood Dragons in their on-going efforts for planet Tomioka, more will be allowed to be said at a later date. Which brings us to our last segment of news.

"The Spire" battle group


The Coalition military has decided to finish the last stages of the Coalition army reform, with the integration of the Third Siberian Battle group or "The Spire", into the direct command of the field marshal and the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army. Therefore adding one more battle group to the grand army of the Coalition. Much discussion was had with Major Vladimir Akimnov to figure out a plan that could properly integrate them, which resulted in new Captains whom will be joining the ranks and commanding within the newly integrated battle group. Their current zone of operations will now be discussed among the SCRA High Command to see where the new battle group would be most helpful, as there is current plans being made in store for the Dublin and Exeter system following the victory of the Coalition over Bretonian forces.

Brief announcement, following the promotion of one of your fellow workers.



Today's announcement will be brief. Volgograd Industrial would like to report their newest Director of Logistics, Johannes Brandt Jr. Johannes has been a diligent worker for the past month, focused heavily on supplies to maintain and repair , Iskra along with taking an initiative on transporting goods from the recently updated Coalition-Blood Dragon Treaty. Here is what he has to say,

New Campaign cooperation




The Premier has recently arrived from Wolfsburg Station after spending a week with the GeneralMajor of the Red Hessian Armee. The Premier stated that the Omegas has a new future for itself in store one that will impact the Coalition's domain and it's focus for revolutionary work. There will be a reprioritization of certain objects, that be a more honest reflection of the current capabilities of the mobilized coalition fleet and economy. Much more information was left classified for the Army's High Command to only know, but the premier promises everyone that there will be a renwed surge of Revolutionary Fervor that will soon spread all through the Omegas from the West to the East. This will cause a shift of objectives by all ministries across the government.

Volgograd Industrial Convoy to Chugoku


Volgograd Industrial has shared with us their first convoy based on the new goods that were promised to be delivered to the Blood Dragon home system of Chugoku. Two transport vessels were escorted by an SCRA Commander, to ensure their safety as they traveled through Rheinland and the Sigmas to get to Kusari space. The entire convoy was a smooth success with little intervention as they were able to bring the first batch of ore that the Blood Dragons has promised to supply. Volgograd Industrial expects more trade activity within the Omegas with the injection of Kusari resources into it's trading outpost. Volgograd Industrial will report more on the long term impact the trade will make in the coming months.
