Brothers,
I'd like to thank all who gathered at Crete in order to make another raid in Eta. The minefield and defenses of heavily fortified Palermo base make it difficult to bring capital ships to Eta so we all stayed in fighters and bombers.
These brothers participated:

It started well, both sides lost a few fighters, and the numbers were still equal. But only until the Outcast Ace called Martello showed his true skills. A deadly combination of his missiles and Kraken guns caused havoc among our pilots. After we lost several other fighters we had to pull back and retreat to Gamma.
However nothing is lost yet, as I think there are still many ways to improve our coordination. It almost seemed that comm devices of some brothers were malfunctioning as a lot of them didn't follow Ivan Voronov's orders.
Just be patient, next time <next Friday, 22GMT> it will be us celebrating victory!

I wish to make a formal note against vessels registered as KoF. Be wary of these fools. They trade Alien Organisms through Omega 41 and 5 as if they own the place and then have the hide to "Fine" you for the tax you take from them. Tax that was claimed in Corsair space to add to it! One of these idiots chased me from Omicron Theta right to the docking ring of Crete this evening demanding his 2 million "fine" because i taxed one of these KoF ships. My ship, the Outsider; a new gunboat that i have bought from Tripoli was in a total mess after KoF Liberator and a Bounty Hunter called Woodsy pounced on me in Omicron Theta, i was forced to land on Crete.
The arrogance of these upstarts is truly breathtaking! To have the hide to "fine" a Corsair for a tax taken in his own space and then to have the gall to follow me to Crete no less still demanding payment of said fine while blowing holes in the hull of my ship!
I would submit to the Council that these KoF ships be targeted with extreme prejudice, i would also submit that they be killed on sight. These people trade through our space, and enact bounties when we take what is rightfully ours. This is unacceptable.

After a brief comversation brother Valentine, we joined formation just outside crete ready to take the fight to the enemy.
On route to Sigma 13 my scanners showed a Red Hessian in Sigma 17, only one thought came to mind ENGAGE. The shear sight of a Titan and Preatorian ascending on his location sent him fleeing, We gave chase and caught up with him in Munich. The fight was intense but only one outcome was eminent and that was the eminent destruction of his ship........one down

Recent Patrol Path
On A Recent patrol path from Crete all was well coming out of the asteroid field that housed tripoli shipyard, when i entered the orange 'Dirt' cloud at the edge of Gamma, my nav computer suddenly said "incoming missile" and immediatly my scanners picked up 1 Bounty hunter destroyer and 6 BHG fighters, at first I thought, "hrm, i'll radio for assistance" and got a reply from a nearby patrol, they said "we are on a way! stay safe brother!" when they arrived we engaged the Destroyer, and skillfully shot of 6 guns leaving it with only poor tracking missiles, while my corsair brothers finished off the destroyer, i took arms against the BHG fighters, i can still remember there screams..."PLEASE BEG MERCY!!!!" when i destroyed there ship, but i still sucked in there escape pods, ready for a new home on Crete, in a prison. the rest of the BHG fighters fought on, but when they were all gone except 1, it fled, and i heard it saying on the radio, Help Help help!!!!!!!! i decided to leave him alone since he was already entered the omega-41 Jumphole, but just to be certain, i told the Corsairs on the other side he was coming through...hahahah I chuckled....
So I return to Crete and immediatly, enter the Bar, give me a Corsair Special and a Antroptian Sausage Sandwich!
(anthroptian is an animal i made up where the corsairs get there special sausages from....)

Today started out as a normal day. I was stationed outside the Crete mooring fixture as usual, scanning the sytem for threats. We had a few outcasts enter the system but were gone before i could engage. A few corsair traders docked at crete with correct clearance.
Then at precisely 6:50 PM my scanners picked up one, then two, then three 202nd pilots enter the system. I asked the mto state their buisness, and they said slaughter. Then 6 other 202nd and CoS pilots warped in. The small squad i had with me engaged, but we were no match for them. My ship was crippled and i hit my eject and drifted back to crete.
This is a sad day for Omicron Gamma

Today was pretty quiet. I diddnt get many people over scanners in gamma today. One or two corsairs came in with food and goods, and i let them pass. There was one fellow who tried to bring passengers to crete. I told him to halt and explained the situation, and he agreed and left the system.
Flew a few missions for our corsair brothers today. Both missions failed. I ended up being towed back to crete by a patrol squad of corsairs. How embarrasing.....
Escorted an Unmarked Brotherhood trader from Cambridge to Crete. Bounty hunters were everywhere. We made it through though and he docked at crete with no trouble.
Even though the day was pretty much uneventful....I think i need a drink.

Today one of our brave brothers was returned in his escape pod to Crete, he ran into some trouble with Brother Valentine. Seems Valentine was in Sigma-13 "donation collecting" as we like to call it. Not sure about all the details but they were attacked and followed to Sigma-17 by a Rheinland Cruiser. Banderas was called in as bomber support and soon the poor hunk of alloy was ripped to scrap for Tripoli. Before Banderas could return to get repairs he was engaged by an Outcast fighter. Valentine had gone for repairs and was on his way. Banderas took heavy damage, but Valentine saved the day. Nanobots and Shield Batteries were transfered keep his bomber in the air long enough for the Outcast to eat his mine. Banderas' ship limped back to Gamma with only miniutes of fuel left, to no avail. He made it to Theta before his fuel reserves and systems failed. As he drifted on a collision course with Planet Vespus, he ejected in time to watch his ship disentigrate in the atmosphere. Brother Valentine saved him once more however and brought him to us.
Heres the injury report:
Thrid degree burns on 70% of his body
Ten inch gash on head with a piece of his ship's hull in it
Cracked skull from hitting his cockpit glass as it retracted
The surgery went well, we removed the shrapnel and repaired as much as we could. He will keep many scars though, much like a true Corsair! I am delighted to report he should be up and flying soon. Lucky man he is...

"it just so happends that ,while oing through some records of old corsairs that roamed the seas on Old Earth i found a War-Song and was wondering weather we could accept and use it as our own, this was how it went," he sang the old dirge with a strong bass voice that rang thoughout teh entire bar.
