A month ban against a bloke who actually cares about fight balance, organises fun, fair fights and engagements across the server?
People have actually broken rules, done far worse, and received a slap on the wrist. I really feel this should be overturned.
Not a single rule was broken and logging to go fight people isn't against the spirit of the rules. What is, however, is this ban and constitutes a breach of your own responsibilities to safeguard the server and community.
You can simply go on Youtube and observe several people that /1 /2. No action would, or will be taken against those. You've even said no rules were broken.

Admins and whoever has access to the console have used and will use it against players if they say anything against the rules within group or private chats even without them being reported, even when they are speaking amongst friends or to a friend. A blatant breach of privacy.
That's also ridiculously retarded. Frankly, anything outside of roleplay environment shouldn't be warranting a report, nor considered a valid evidence. I happened to be in mixed english-russian speaking groups with both languages casually tossed about and hasn't seen any discontent about it.
Unless it's, you know. Silent spite reporting. Which I can see happening, unfortunately.

But, referring to the fact that they do not like it, punishes the player for the absence of the violation itself. In my opinion, and according to legal canons, this is a clear bias and abuse of his powers as an administrator.

Not knowing a player's worth on this server is probably the most scandalous thing you could be worried of. Aside of not breaking any server rule, me or whoever else could do an in deep research proving you wrong since I've been logging with Mort for long not only for assaults but only for RP based ones.
On another side note, it looks like you're not too aware of what the server bacame, since "logging for brawls" is the most usual activity tracker nowadays.
I hope you re-think this ban, because it gets me worried.

I'm a little surprised to see this one. I don't think I've ever had a bad interaction with mort in-game. Literally yesterday I logged my XA into a bunch of LSS and had a perfectly fine couple of duels. Won one, died afterwards in the next one, everyone's happy. I don't see how this is the alleged low quality interaction he's supposedly notorious for, to be honest.
