I edited my post. I'm pretty sure that, if anything happens, those small outposts would be caught in the crossfire and be, at least, forced to evacuate while both sides pewpew.

How about you allow the officials to use the few Zephyrs (afaik they have 5 on the main server) they got, if they wish so? (Though they'd probably stay behind and support the fighter waves from a distance and evacuate T44 at that time, so I can understand if they wouldn't even use them anyway.)
Well, about the OC...Pretty difficult to say what they'd be doing. They're enemies of both KNF and CR after all and they aren't the best friends of the BAF too. Of course they don't like the GRN and already had some contact with them, but well...
What about the Council? They should be around, shouldn't they?
You'll need maaaany players on the GRN side. I hope it's not going to end up like the GRN vs KNF event, but it sounds more well planned at the moment.
Question is ... will it be under controll on the server!?

If I was commanding a rearguard action, I would make -sure- no heavies of the CR side got involved. Zephyrs are carriers (4 ofem, not 5), no Arguses in commission. Gunboats would get slaughtered too easily.
And I figure it should be free-access. If anyone wants - it's like a teaser. If not - no harm done.
Who would want to play as CR in that event anyway...
