Konnichiwa Hayshibara-sama, we do not know exactly what you have heard, but a Ministry employee is prepared to meet with you to address this sensitive issue.
Such an apparent breach of protocol is as disturbing as it is unbelievable, rumours can be a weapon of the enemy, a seed of dissent which should not be taken at face value. Hopefully the government agent will be bring clarity to any relevant issues.
Please let us know a convenient time and place which we will relay to the Ministry.
