This is a $15 Million bounty on the Rogue Scylla The.Very.Cute.Loveboat for questionable tactics, rudeness, and a general foul attitude.
A bounty for $2 Million is available for the destruction of LR-Annoying.Annoyance since this is in fact the same individual and is just generally a huge jerk.
Bounty is open to any faction or player that wants to claim it I don't even care if it is his mother that claims it.
