As the title says
I am unemployied cant afford a kickass connection using mobile connection, have a old crappy computer.
at a good day my FPS is around 180.
So that makes me a cheater.
i am sorry you all you elitiest that have new pc`s and hyperfast internet that "I" ruin your fun.

Use dxtory and cap your fps to 60 or 120.
Or enable vsync in your graphic chip settings.

Those two lines don't go well together. If it's really that old and crappy, you'd barely be hitting "smooth" FPS rates of 'round 30.
Anyhow, just cap it at 120. It's what all the cool people do.

Turn Vsync on. That's the most natural way of getting your FPS back to the normal rate.

Just because your FPS are high doesn't means you have to be banned.
You can fix it or upgrade it or have to be careful a bit.
