One of the cheat detection tools was malfunctioning and kick/banning anyone who tried to launch from a base.
The server will stay down until all those banned are unbanned and the tool will be fixed.
You can thank Korrd for working to fix it.

And I shall, for all it's mildly annoying if it's helping us to get all the real cheaters caught in the future then any teething troubles are worth the annoyance.

I panicked for a second there, checked my FLMM, checked my firewall, panicked a bit more, wrote three times in the forums, panicked again, etc etc.
