Alright, I find it funny that 8 lads are shooting down my neck, while 2 of them "jump" for unknown reasons, and stats and in-game experience shows these two tards are jittering, however it is impossible to capture it with SS and you can't always expect to use FRAPS all the time. How is the process work.

Set fraps to start running as the computer's on, and record when you see something that doesn't look correct.

Or just alt-tab.

EDIT: Actually, probably not a good idea if you're in a fight... So do it before-hand.

You can assign keys in FRAPS that start and stop recordings.
Just use them, also does not forget to use /ping /pingtarget and /time while recording.
