Anyone wanna raise the stakes here? How about if we make bet pool? Everyone who wants to participate would have to chip in 5mio to a arbiter and the winners share the pot?

It's not about trust. It's about convenience. How to collect the money and pay the winners.
But if admins are not willing to do this then the next stop would be Angels. What I had in mind is that whoever wants to participate would have to pay the 5 mio AND post a screenie of the transaction.
We'll have think about this a little more :D
