Is it legal to avoid ban? - belarusich - 07-14-2013

Is it legal to avoid ban like that:

you were banned at Account 1 for week, and after 2rd day of ban, you start to play at Account 2, which is not banned

Can you do that?

It is a very good way of quickly increasing the length of ban or how badly the player was punished.
Do not try to circumvent bans.

I guess it can be the same as the person meantion that he gets kicked by the anti cheat and his account is banned. If he/she is allowed to use another account then to just resume and play. In a way you can its not a problem. If admins sanction someone they will ban an ip instead.

An account ban is only for that account so you are allowed to play on others. If it's an IP ban or a forum ban, getting around it with proxies/alts will not work in your favour. Be glad of the time off and enjoy the weather, something like that. Learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them.

You can, as long as nobody notices.

Think of it as a player ban.

Your account wasn't banned. Your characters weren't banned.

You were banned.

In fact, ban messages state that outright.

"Admin Notice: Player Banned"

Unless it specifically states a character.

IE: LR-Homicidal.Librarian was permanently banned.

It's k. She was a cracker anyway.

And it's only illegal if you get caught.
