If he/she is allowed to use another account then to just resume and play. In a way you can its not a problem. If admins sanction someone they will ban an ip instead. If it's an IP ban or a forum ban, getting around it with proxies/alts will not work in your favour. Be glad of the time off and enjoy the weather, something like that.
