This guy stole 5mil from my friend, and after he gave him the money he killed him anyway, so that is way he has a bounty on his head.
I will give 10mil for anyone that will kill him, and if you say before killing him "this is for Johny and Valrin" you get 5mil more.
This is a one time kill, so give him hell.
Again, 10mil for anyone that kills Mister Meanie, and 5mil more to say that.
