Only for the first 1-2 weeks or month for example. Give 50-80% discount on snubs and 20-30% discount on caps.
Something like the old initiative to get free gallic fighter.
As result a lot of people and a lot of new people can make gallic characters. So the said "conquest" wont be the dull old established bunch of factions that are supposed to be little in numbers overnumbering the supposed to be many gallics?

This discount thing should be fun to do for all houses, actually. Each month, some house ships are given a 50% discount or credit income or ...oh wait, I am thinking WOT.
Still, why not apply the same principle to Disco?
You know, apart from the fact that the only person who knows how to code this has left the building.

This can be done manually it requires grinding, however if you are right this is clearly the end sadly.

I like the idea of moving the starting planet to Gallia, except the NPCs would murder the noobs. Why not just make the starting ship a Gallic restart, so they at least stand a chance, and leave the rest of the restarts in, for others.

hmm...i guess there was a Restart Template for that....it had a good use way it was needed. simply gives away bombers and vhf's for quick pwns.

I absolutely agree with those ideas. If it will take time to realize them, it will certainly be worth it.
Better make a good mod for a bit more time, than a worse one quickly.
