I have this one theory I want to test.
I would not like to reveal what this theory is right now, I will create a separate thread to address it, but for now I need your input on this. Here we have three capital ships. All will say the same thing.
Could you vote and then, if you would like, explain your choice of vote in detail.

No, it is just that I took it on my office PC and the graphics settings are set low as possible to the point of deleting mech models such as tradelanes and roids. At least they are not invisible tho. Thanks for the comment tho.

I'm not really sure, seeing as you've cropped out the names so I cant tell which ship is saying the line, so I cant take into account the ship they're using. But I guess if I had to Id pick number 1.

I voted 1, however, number 2 would also pass as having proper rp.
I think the name is necessary, only at times. As a member of the Liberty Navy, I'd like to see a name. However, other factions or freelancers shouldn't have to follow that.

The name and type of ship is irrelevant for this thread, sadly. If I included the names, it would turn out to be a forum-base judgement of an individual's RP quality, which this sort of is, but for the two points I would love to make from the poll results, it has to stay anonymous.

People vote the first one because he includes his character's name, while having correct grammar and such.
I don't think his RP is any better than the second one.
The third one just lacks grammar and spelling, which is annoying and typical of those who don't particularly care about RP (not saying everyone who can't spell doesn't want to RP though).

The first seems to be the most appealing to me. Since we are looking at caps, they tend to be flown by multiple people and not bearing the name of the captain himself, so who's in command and/or who's speaking may not be obvious without presenting a name in front of the speech.
The second could be proper RP too in case of other ships, or in case the person doesn't want to reveal who's speaking yet. In cases of the latter though, indicating that the person is a male or a female can also help, like at preventing such mistakes like calling a woman "Mister".
The third just doesn't possess enough quality for my tastes, but all of the three possess about the same amount of potential.

I see 1 and 2 as equal as it is just a personal choice to start with a name.
Number 3 is a little behind due to lack of punctuation but not to a point of affecting the encounter any.
