Did for a bit when the RHA and Corsairs were fighting recently and the mess over Gran Canaria...but now it's died down again.
IMG/CR/ALG convoys down there...not much else right now.

I mine down there a lot. Good money in silver there but its not that deep into the omegas. I have explored a bit there but most of the player traffic is liberty and rheinland and britonia is rising a bit too... Gallia is kinda seperate still so I don't block their activity normally unless there's a battlefleet online

I'd say that the only omegas you can get fun at are 3-7 and sometimes 50...now that the Sair/RHA clash has cooled down.
As for Kusari, there are attempts to bring it to life, BD GC are making factions there, also the KSP are trying to get active more, it only needs the corporations to start working properly.
