Can I get a tl;dr?

Well, they have the three hangar types done and they sure look damn good. The level of detail is very high.
They showed the insides of the Aurora, 300i, Hornet (civilian version without turret) and Freelancer. The Constellation's interior is not complete, but Chris Roberts said it will be ready for the release on 29th.
There are animations for ship doors and ladders, and the cockpits are working and interactive.
The ship modification interface was seen for the very first time and it looks very cool.
The Business and Deluxe hangars get a buggy. Chris Roberts drove around a bit, and the buggy was quite fast, he even crashed few times.
Everybody gets 5000 credits (or whatever they are called) to spend on ship upgrades and modifications in the hangar.
Probably a lot of stuff I have missed.

Also the 16.000.000 goal was just hit.

EDIT: Youtube link (only 360p)
